70w30....silent partner of Co -founders Biggie & Tex

I already tried contributing useful information in this thread, you dolt. I'm giving up because this guy is hell bent on eating absolute junk despite never really eating or training. "yeah, I ate and worked out like in flex and i didn't get hyoooge, so junk food is the only way to go!"

Is this bodybuilding or should it be called body leaning? because it seems to me that is where all the new diets are leading to in my eyes. The compromising of extreme muscle gains for the general fear of being fat. How long does it take to lose body fat once you have reached the huge muscle size you want? 3-5 months? You tell me what the focus should be on.

70w30 - Why so much hate towards Frosty? He seems like a really nice guy that always gives helpful and insightful informaction, even to the dumbest of posters...

Just out of curiousity krieg what was a typical days eating back before you decided to go on the Farenheit 911 diet.

and how were you training
I wasn't going to comment out of courtesy but I don't think I've ever laughed this hard in the diet forum. EVER! :jump:

As a lot of you know, what looks good on paper doesn't always play out well in real life. And more than anywhere else diet theories look good on paper, definitely don't play out well. I must think this out and decide what makes me happy.

Few more high in calories meals:

Caramel Pecan Brownie (boston market) - 900 calories

2/3 lb bacon cheese thickburger (Hardee's) - 1,340 calories

Chicken finger combo (7 pieces) ( Arby's) - 1,050 calories

Triple steakburger with double cheese (Steak n'Shake) - 900 calories

Cinnamon roll (Steak n'Shake) - 800 calories

Large Chocolate Malt (32oz) (Dairy Queen) - 1,320 calories

You're joking right?

Just a quick question to Kreig...Didn't you know these foods were high in calories already?

You must be researching into some nutrition info somewhere, but why? Basically everything from fast food restaurants are high in calories...thats all you really need to know

Very good point there Nope! Unfortunately i may be the only one talking to my self on this issue , knowing that people think i'm joking or something. This is no joke for me, bulking up to about 285 lbs. would get me there. Yes , I would probably be pretty fat, and not happy about being fat but when I come down, I will weight 230-235 lbs. And be very happy. A sacrifice to get to my goal.
The body will not just store every single excess calorie as bodyfat, but will slowly adapt itself into a greater and greater musculature. Just watch me!

Krieg this is not a flame but you are a complete fucking idiot!
Why the hell do you want to be a complete fat lard ass???!!!

Ok let me get this straight...so you want to bulk up to 265 or so?....ALL and I mean ALL of your weight is gonna be fat. So you're I believe 205 now...so you're gonna gain 60 lbs of fat and then expect it to magically come off?! You already said you're too lazy to take pics, we found out you're too lazy to make your own meals, too lazy to eat right and healthy...so HOW ARE YOU GOING TO LOSE THE FAT?!?! If you're too lazy now to eat right now, why the hell would that change once you want to get cut?? You're gonna be so fat that you wont be able to move, and then you'll get discouraged, and then just keep getting fatter, and then you're gonna look like that fat guy on the movie SEVEN! :bash:

i'm am training like hell in the gym, all compounds , very heavy, taking plenty of rest between workouts, its not going to be all fat . Trust me I know what I'm doing

LOL, this is the funniest thread ever!!!

This guy has got to just be joking around. He is "tired" of eating healthy food? You are going to be "tired" when you are 260lbs of fat because you will be lethargic. Hahaha, you know you are going to get fat over the next year? What are you doing on a website like this? You obviously don't want sound advice because you are going to just eat junk. I still think this is all a big joke just to get some attention though.

allright then i see I have become a joke here by 18 year olds . Thats fine, I know I sound maybe little lame., but at least i'm happy what i'm doing. I guess there is no use to continue this pointless threat.

i still believe i can trim it down easy by doing lots of cardio on off days, meaning when i'm not working out. I'm doing it now 15 to 20 minutes on stationary bicycle in the morning and 8pm. I know that i can handle controlling all acumulating fat.

tHIS REMINDS ME of when Homer tried to become obese so he could work from home and he ended up wearing Moo-Moos

i notice my stregth went up . I was benching 170 now its 195 . Curling also esier but didnt increased in weights. My joints got better, at elbows. Also no more black flashes , dont realy know what you call them. Its like when you sit for a long time and then suddently you stand up and cant see anything , like blacked out , anyway got that under control. The brain started to function better the allergies are almost gone . I feel alive with this diet, . Oh yea cant wait till December, that scale gona go up.
