I was just wondering how many of you who have decent size as bodybuilders...
follow the principles of HIT training and what do you think of them if you do...what do you think of them if you don't.
Reading Arnold's approach is like reading the opposite of Mentzer's approach yet, obviously both work...assuming that's what mentzer used during his competition days.
