heres another tip. dont use your normal weight belt. they are too wide. get a 2-3 inch work belt like goes on tool pouches. they hold the shirt in place and allow the belly to pop up. when the shirt hits, it pushs the belly down and the belt forces it up so youll have a shorter stroke. the wide belt hinders this abit.
make sure to leave a little slcak i th shirt too cause if you dont it will fight against you when you trying to set up with a big arch. once yopu get set up have someone to pull the belt down.

thnx orb..yeah i think the shirt wast pulled down a little too much as it was hard to set my arch..
the shirt is compleltely open in the back..
how do you allow yourself to slide on the bench when setting your arch..should i let my back hair grow in again so that it wont be raw skin? lol
