missed workout

i missed my chest/tris day tonight casue my workout partner couldent make it and some other bs, i have shoulders and bis i think it is tommmrow, i really wanna get my chest workout in but dont waanna screw up my schedual im doin chest and tris again on friday, i was thinkin could i do my chest and stuff in the morning and my shoulders and bis at night?
 
as long as your giving yourself a break, and if your workout partner can't make it do it anyway, TRAIN alone!!!! make sure you give yourself enogh time between hitting the same muscles again.
 
man, if your workout partner cant make it, u shoulda just went yourself!....IMO, sometimes its better to workout alone since u dont have someone there to talk to
 
personally I think working out alone is great. I put my headphones on and really get into the zone. I would say that it would take a really good workout partner to make me want to have someone with me. If your looking for a spot you can always ask someone around you, but then there is always the possibility that they are a really shitty spot. I hate those guys that pull up way too much when I am doing the bench, let me work for that shit.

agood workout partner is worth his weight in gold , if you ever find a truly good workout partner you will make the best gains of your life . but a shitty partner isnt worth killing lol .


skunky skip that workout , thats just not enough time between workouts , training 2 times per week bodypart is asking for overtraining as it is . if your going to continue doing 2x per week workouts move your shoulders to the same workout as chest , every pressing movement involves the shoulders as well so as it is your doing shoulders 4 times a week , almost anything new works for a while but theres no way in the long run to not overtrain your shoulders that way unless your a genetic freak .
 
The problem is trying to find a really good workout partner, you know someone who is as motivated as you are. Maybe I just have a hard time cause all my friends are stoners.
 
just do your chest and tris workout tomorrow, and your shoulder workout the following gym visit.
Just cause its monday doesn't mean its chest day. Your muscles can't read a fucking calender
