Iv recently seen a few pros in videos discussing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. Obviously some glutamine would be needed to minimize muscle breakdown, but i think i might start trying this.
Anyone else doing this? Iv always wondered how the guys that seem to never have to cut go about their training. Consistent morning cardio may prevent that unwanted bodyfat while bullking up.
