Morning Cardio while Bulking

Iv recently seen a few pros in videos discussing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. Obviously some glutamine would be needed to minimize muscle breakdown, but i think i might start trying this.

Anyone else doing this? Iv always wondered how the guys that seem to never have to cut go about their training. Consistent morning cardio may prevent that unwanted bodyfat while bullking up.

Thoughts?

Ive been doing empty stomach cardio in the AM for the last year and a half. Works wonders. Glutamine cant hurt but isnt necessary, keep the heartrate below 130 and you wont need to worry about muscle breakdown.

How long of a duration during this am cardio session?
