Moving towrd 315

great! keep pushing and raise the weight. i ran mine up to 365x1 was 340x1 2 weeks ago. natty 6'3" 230. Warm up and go right for 315 you'll get it!
 
im 5'11 185 23yrs hit 355 on the bench x2

Had a buddie in highschool that benched 345 at 155lbs his chest was HUGE but everything else looked unproportional ... still an amazing sight at the time.

So using the 4 boards. You did not say how many reps to do? Should i do as many as I can? :druggie:

I am progressing alittle. I got 275 x 2 on the Bench yest. Will start working with boards 2 to 5 reps and see if that helps. Im going to starting taking protein and Creatine on the regular basis so im sure that will help. I have not been taking any extra protein for the past 4 weeks. Im 40lbs away. I think I can get there in 2 months .
 
Okay update not really sure what i will do tomm on bench. I hurt my elbow and prob will go light till next week.
