Moving towrd 315

Not going heavy this week on bench going to take easy and go loight prob 225 x5-8 reps x 5 sets. Then go heavy next week. Im fat.

There is no respect in reaching a sticking goal. Only in continual improvement. I'm only impressed when a person's number is getting higher each week regardless of what that number is.

Update 08/16/06

Got 290 x 1. Went up slow. next week i not do 1 rep. I will stick to heavy 3-5 reps.

Getting closer to 315/ My short goal is 300 x 3. Then should get 315x 1.
