I'm joining a Muay Thai gym today and I think I'm going to start a new training split so I don't have to lift and spar on the same day.
(I did this with boxing, and felt useless, I'd have to go box immediately after lifting). here is what i figure I'll do:
monday: chest & Bi's
Tuesday: Muay Thai
Wednesday: Shoulders and Legs
Thursday: Muay Thai
Friday Muay Thai
Satruday: Back & Tri's
I do the 5x5 wrokout, and I want to know if my training frequency will be sufficient for bulking-muscle gain.
Please help out if you have suggestions on how i should incorporate Muay Thai with my bulking. Thai box Training is on tuesdays, thursdays, and fridays.
