muscle groups

what muscle groups should be done in conjunction on the same day...i am able to get to the gym monday wednesday thursday friday saturday sunday....if someone could give me a good schedule for the muscle groups trained on each day...including cardio i'd really appreciate it
 
how about try one a day since your going 6 days a week any ways like monday chest wednesday bis, thursday back,friday tris,saturday shoulders, and sunday legs

just a thought i have been doing this now for almost a year and i have gott great results i would nt do it anyother way,......... just a suggestion and i usually do about 5 excersizes on each muscle 4 sets of 10 or you can do 4 sets of 10 8 6 and 4 reps in creasing the wieght each time so the last set you only can do about 4 that helps in bulking
