I disagree with sust i wouldnt tell anybody to do it less than 250mg E3D, no need for the arimidex ESP. if he were only doing 250 like you advised him to do, also 250mg is just a little above HRT dosing and with sust you would yield little if any results. Abombs are great for the begging of a cycle great gains in strength.
ok im pulling rank. im a pharmacist. perhaps YOU wouldnt reccommend people not to use less than 250/3days but then, you dont really know what youre on about.
250 sust will yield about 190ish mg of testosterone. given that the average male produces about 70mg per week, id say that the 190mg testosterone dose yielded by the 250mg sustanon shot per week is a tad higher than HRT, dont you think?
furthermore i keep in touch with several people who use sustanon, most of whom do 250mg/week, and kept gains are about 10lbs from a 10week cycle. this is from guys who wont listen and dont do post cycle therapy (pct), either. total pre crash gains come in at about 18-19lbs in 10 weeks for a couple of them on their first cycle.
also, use of arimidex at that dose will go a long way in reducing bloat, and minimise chances of gynocomastia occurring. again, YOU dont think its neccessary, but then, YOU obviously dont understand this principle either.
sorry to be such a bastard, but i cant stand your attitude - its people like you advising newbies that help the more is better mentality become established in bodybuilding.
bottom line is, if you dont know whats going on, type less, and read more. people will listen to your advice, believe it or not, and find themselves in trouble.
anyone who doesnt grow on 250mg/week of sust had better look long and hard at their training and diet, because placebo controlled studies ahve shown sedentiary people (read: people that dont work out) gain a few pounds over the course of 3 months on this dose.
if you train hard and eat well, you should get fantastic gains. although, i think what is happening here is taht the doses are climbing higher and higher to compensate for shitty workouts, and shittier eating habits
cheers
