My 2nd Cycle

Well it's that time again (almost). Here's the lowdown:

Stats:
20 yrs
5'10"
200lbs (last weigh in)

Lifts:
DL - 405x1-2
BP - 275 x 4
Squat - 335 x 6
(these are the most I've tried as of yet)

1st Cycle
Test Cyp @ 500mg/ wk
This was supposed to be a bulker, but gains were 0 by the end of the cycle due to some unforseen circumstances. I was up 13lbs by week 6 though. Either way, strength went through the roof and BMI was changed for the better. post cycle therapy (pct) went without a hitch or any shut down.

2nd Cycle *updated*re-updated
1-10 Test Cyp @ 600mg/wk
11-12 Test Prop @ 100mg EOD
8-12 - Anadrol @ 50mg ED (was supposed to wks 1-5, long story)
1-12 - Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) @ 600iu/wk
1-12 - Liquidex @ .25-.5mg ed
Standard Nolva post cycle therapy (pct).

This is an all out mass cycle for me. My game plan is to put on as much mass as possible for this cycle, as my next will be a cutting one, and from there maintain to be lean by using lean mass and/or bulking/cutting cycles. In other words I would like to stay somewhat lean all year round after this year.

The only concerns I have with this cycle is hairloss, but I cannot yet tell if I'm prone to MPB, I really can't tell from my genetics. We will soon find out as I will take pics of my hairline every 3 weeks to see. Obviously, considering my age, I would like to have hair but I did have a shaved head for most of my life, so it's no biggie.

Looks good man. I'm assuming that you'll be splitting your Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) into two separate shots per week?

Yes, 300iu 2 times a week (along with my cyp injections).

NAC, milk thistle and Liv 52 are all options. Liv 52 is probably the most expensive of the three but any of them should be helpful for you.
 
Aboot, you think 1 supp is enough? I don't foresee much damage because I am only running it for 5 weeks, and seperated as well.
 
Yeah, one supplement would be enough. The doses and durations you are running the anadrol for aren't excessive so you should be fine in my opinion.
 
Cool. I'll go with Liv in that case.

I know this is the wrong forum, but what do you think about the Drol split? You think I should keep it that way or go 5 weeks straight in the beggining?
 
Just depends on your preference. How you have it is good or you could run it for the first five weeks. Either way you should see good results from it.
 
Day 1

Did my first injection today. 1ml with a 23g right in the ass. It went great, probably my best glute injection to date. I followed up with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and my anadrol. BTW, one thing I don't know is if it matters whether I eat or not, or should I refrain from certain foods/drink when I take the pills? Just a question.

Right after the injection I got a wicked rush, it feels good being back on already lol!

My diet is pretty simple, 4 meats a day and 4 carbs, usually like this:

Breakfast - Gainer shake
1st meal - chicken breast, potatoe
2nd meal - steak, pasta
3rd meal, chicken breast pasta
Post workout gainer shake
4th meal - steak, potatoe

I pretty much mix and match all those foods depending on what I have and what I feel like - I'll also snack or "cheat" now and again - this is a bulker after all!

Anyways, I took some pics after my last cycle, i'll put em up when I get a chance.
 
bro at your strength level, and at your second cycle, you dont need drol.... Try Test/EQ

I appreciate the advice, but I don't have access to EQ, at least not from a source I trust 100%. plus my cycle is already began and its planned out. I don't plan on running it (drol) again, I'll be running test/winny for my next (cutting) cycle and Test alone or test + eq (if I can get it) from then on. Like I mentioned above, this is an all out mass cycle, my only motive is size. After cutting, I intend to maintain leanness throughout the year, maybe doing 1 longer (half bulk, half cut) or 2 shorter cycles (bulk and cut) from then on. I don't like being a porco for half the year! lol.

Day 2

Good day overall. My ass is a little sore, but nothing unexpected. Diet was good, got a lot of decent protein and carbs in. My workout went good, no noticible increase in strength. I did however notice an increased pump, my muscles really filled up when I was done working out, and it lasted for a lot longer than usual. Tomorrow I hit back. I'm sure by friday I'll be feeling the Drol. I've been really sweaty lately, I dunno if its the extra weight i'm carrying around (10lbs lol!) or what....kinda weird. Otherwise everything else is well.

I wasn't able to get Liv 52, so I'm taking milk thistle. I also take a multi vitamin daily.

Also, this is my split. I changed to this split about 2/3 through my last cycle and found it much more effective. Gives me a lot of resting time and still yields great results for both size and strength.

Monday - chest and tris
Tues - off
Wednesday - Back/bi's
Thursday - off
Fri - legs / shoulders

I switch between heavy weight (3-5 reps) and medium weight (8-12 reps). I find I get a great pump if I go really heavy then drop to a lighter weght to really pump it out. Naturally I focus on the big three as well as other compound movements for most of my workouts. It sucks not having a training partner but I decided to fuck it and just keep asking random guys for spots - usually someone who looks like they know what their doing, but I've definately had a couple of really bad ones who did more harm than good (almost killed me once lol). What can you do though?


*Update - just ate a huge steak and can't move. lol

Day 3

Diet went well today. My back as killing me cuz I slept till freakin 1 pm today! I didn't do deadlifts, but otherwise workout went as plan. Once again, no noticable increase in strength but pump was awesome. If I don't see results by the end of next friday (sept 15) i'll up the ante to 100mg ed and run it another two weeks or stop it right there are just run it for 3 weeks @ 100mg ed at the end of the cycle...I'll see when I get there. For now, i'm sure I will see good results by monday though, my receptors are fresh afterall.
 
Day 4

Good day overall, no notice of increased strength but it's hard to tell when you haven't lifted a weight lol. Diet was good. Injected test in my thigh, for some reason it was hard to break the skin but once it was in all was smooth. Same story with HCG. Man did I ever miss injecting! LOL!
 
Day 5

Diet went as planned today. My back was still in a little pain today, so I refrained from squatting. I'm hoping i'll be all healed up for my next back workout, wednesday. Shoulders went well, I went the heaviest I have in a long time. I was fighting with an injured shoulder before the cycle so I kept the weights pretty light until now. It was a little sore (the tendon) but I think I'll be able to work through it. I didn't really notice a significant increase in strength yet, but it is hard to tell when I haven't done the big lifts yet. Monday will tell on the bench.

Weighed in today at 202, I was hoping for more but I have to learn to be patient. I expect 10lbs in the first week lol. My leg is pretty sore from the injection as well, but nothing I can't deal with. I wonder how I'm going to respond to the prop?

Day 6

It's Saturday, so no workout. Diet is going great, I think I can safelly expect 4-5lbs from my last weigh in to my next one. Almost every meal I had last week made me gag (from being full) but my stomach has been doing better and better everyday coping with the amount of food. I have noticed some heart burn, I'm not sure if that's Drol related or diet related or just a coincidence, nothing that a few rolaids doesn't help (milk is good sometimes too). I have a little acne on my back, but I think that was from pre cycle.

So far out of the 2 cycles I have started both times I broke out with bacne about 1 week before the cycle lol! It doesn't make any sense, just bad luck I guess but it's weird nonetheless...no facial acne to speak of.

I'm in anticipation for mondays workout, I feel really strong, but the numbers will show what's going on for sure.

Day 7

Diet was off today, I had to volunteer for a charity at work. Man, cleaning plates all day for 400 people was not fun but it's okay. Got home and got some decent protein/carbs in. No workout today, but took my usual supplements along with Drol. Oh yeah, I noticed something really weird - my piss was extremely yellow yesterday (i didn't check today, I will later). I mean, no blood or anything, it was really yellow. I'll follow up with that.

Tomorrow I hit chest and am hoping for some real strength improvements, afterall, the Drol should be well in my system now.

No sides to speak of.
