Day 22
Bad day at the gym, but great workout. It's really annoying how at the busiest time at the gym people seem to think there is no problem with occupying the bench press by doing leg raises and forearm exercises...2 of the 4 benches were taken by people not even benching! Then some guy was "resting" his towel on a freeweight bench, not even using it, then gives me a look like i'm an asshole for asking him to move his towel so I can use it! And it was the only one not being used. Anyways...enough ranting.
The day didn't start off so good, i simply could not stomach any food today...I was queasy all day...i managed to get in three full meals before the workout. For one meal, I just could not eat the chicken breast, so I threw it in a blender with some OJ and took it down vander style lol...seemed to work okay for today. A little chunky.
Workout went great, hit PR on the bench again , 295 for 3. Felt good, need a little bit of assistance on the last rep. Followed it up with a plate a side for 16reps...really pumped me up. My chest was shot after this, so the rest of the workout was done with lightweight. The shoulder was acting up a bit and it felt like I was one heavy rep away from a torn pec or something in that area...you gotta listen to your body!
the pump in my tris' was insane...again, so pumped it was painful.
Sides are the same. I'm still hoping for 4lbs this week, so I got the rest of the week to put in on. I was aiming to hit 230lbs this cycle. Slow and steady does it!
Oh yeah, I also (finally) got laid...the craziest sex i've had in my life. I think the last time I got laid was in my first week of my cycle (which is a long ass time if your on test!). It was definately needed.
