This happens to me a lot, sometimes I have to fight hard not to puke.
 
Day 16

Day off today. Suprisingly not very sore today, either the gear helps me recover really quickly or I'll feel it tomorrow (sometimes I get it the 2nd day after the workout). I wasted a full shot of test last night, which pissed me off a bit...I accidentally twisted to needle and touched part of the syringe where the gear was, so I decided to toss it instead of risking any infection or anything like that. Its okay though, I have plenty of test. Diet was good today, cheated a bit and had a double cheeseburger.

Had insomnia last night, I just couldn't fall asleep...eventually it happened (3 or 4 am - I went to bed at 12:30). Took my usual supps and Drol. All else is well. I'm in anticipation for tomorrows back workout.

*Oh yes...I had a bit of a sore throat earlier today. It seems to have subsided now, but I will keep a very close eye on it for the following week. I definately don't want what happened on my last cycle (mini surgery due infection) to happen again...I will take all precautions this time.

I've never used anadrol so this is a question not an opinion. What is the purpose of running at the end of the cycle? Is it so you can use as much anadrol as you can safely in one cycle? What kind of effect does it have?
I realize you are going for a mass only cycle. Just trying to learn from your method.

Well I actually changed it so that I run it for the first 5 weeks now. (I posted that somewhere here). The method of thinking was to jump start the cycle for the first 3 weeks (before the Test kicked in) and then to squeeze out any last strength/size gains the last 2 weeks...I like it they way I have it now. Steroids are like anything else in the sport imo, everyone will react a little differently and you have to find what works for you.
 
Day 17

Back and Bicep day. Great workout again. I didn't up the weight for my DL (still 405) but I pumped out an easy 2 more reps and left it at that (cuz of my lower back). Hit lat pulldowns, machine rows and the free weight t-bar machine thing (lol). Biceps were nice and pumped before I got to them, then hit them up with dumbells curls and baseball curls doing heavy and light sets with dropsets included. Great pump all over.

Diet has been great, getting in all the required protein and carbs. Honestly, you can never over-emphasize the importance of a strict diet, even when bulking. It truly makes all the difference. Got all the usual supps and drol in today.

So I'm in week 3 now, I wonder if I'll know when the cyp has fully kicked in (since I am on Anadrol as well)...I mean, will I feel a difference? If someone with experience could chyme in here...

I'm definately in a dry spell right now, which totally sucks since I'm like a horndog...porn is getting very boring. i'm going out this weekend so hopefully that will change. I've found a way to go out, not drink and still have some fun so...now all my friends have a DD! It's just hard coming up with excuses not to drink (I can't tell them on gear) cuz the people I hang out with a pretty hardcore drinkers.

No sides, except for extreme roid rage - just joking. Sweats are subsiding a little bit, due to the cooler weather lately. Acne is increasing a little bit, but is still of not much concern. Face is still 100% clear. Also, I haven't noticed any decrease in my hairline or any thinning of my hair thus far... I'll have to wait a little more I guess to really find out the truth.

Pretty much all there is to report.
 
Day 18

Day off. Pretty sore from yesterdays workout. I changed it up a bit and liked the changes. I think i'm going to increase my volume on my workouts, with lighter weights for "dangerous" areas,like shoulders. Diet was okay today, got all the protein but not enought carbs.

I have no motivation for school right now, even though my schedule is pretty damn easy, I just have been going late and not studying and stuff. I promised myself I would hit the books hard, starting next week. Not really a side effect, but kinda because all I do is eat, sleep and breathe training/eating/injecting lol. I guess I'm just a little hyped up right now.

Hey bro, I feel your pain in regards to school. I graduated from college last December, damn it felt good! :D Just focus on the end result, A DIPLOMA!! What are you studying? Keep up the good progress bro. Rock on!!

Its my last year! I'm taking construction management, which is pretty cool stuff. I just gotta get my shit together for the rest of the year then i'm set...hey, if I can dedicate myself to this (bodybuilding) cause, I can dedicate myself to school - or anything else for that matter.
 
hey.. just kind of wondering.. your first cycle you ran test cyp, now your 2nd cycle you introduced 2 new AAS.. how are you reacting to this? im catching alot of BS from people saying my second cycle i should only add one compound.. but my problem is i ran deca my first 2 cycles.. and i dont want to run test by itself.. bloat up.. then run test/eq.. then run test/eq/dbol..

i dont plan on doing 6 cycles.. im hoping this will be my last.. maybe one cutter after i put on the size i want...

but my question is.. how is your body effected by the introduction of the 2 new steroids? You are able to control the sides well apparently..

sorry if i robbed ur thread, just wanted ur opinion since ur doing it first hand
 
Actually Jmead, I have only introduced one new steroid (Anadrol)...everything else is testosterone. The only thing I have done is used 2 different estered testosterones, in order to achieve maximum results while on cycle. This way (running prop at the end of the cycle) I keep a constant level of steroids in my sytem until I begin PCT. If I were to do it like I did on my 1st cycle, I take my last shot of Test Cyp @ 10weeks in and from there on out it just tapers off until I start PCT.

First off, you have to come to the realization that you will be doing a lot more cycles. People tell me I'm big all the time - yet I still feel like a 150lb kid. I will in all honestly probably never be happy with how big or cut I am. I can bulk up, but then I'll feel fat, then I cut down a feel small...these changes in your body come over such a long period of time that you don't really get to see how much you've changed and how big you really are.

The reason for telling you the above is to validate what all these guys have been saying all along - you have plenty of time to do different stacks, you have plenty of time to do higher doses of gear...don't do anything more than you need to now.

Straight up, I think you would be very suprised at what 500mg/test would do for you. Since you already have experience with Deca, then (if you insist!) run a Deca/Test cycle...Just take your time and do it right man.
 
Day 19

Worked Shoulders and Legs today. My buddy decided he'd come to the gym with me, so I had a good spot (well, he's 140lbs, but it's better than nothing, no?). Hit a PR for squats, I was gonna go for 375, I was feeling good so pushed for 385. Pumped out 2, my legs could've handled more reps, but my back was done. I continued with the rest of the workout, and strength and sets were good throughout. Again, I mixed heavy and lighter weights.

Diet was mediocre today. I weighed in at 207lbs, up another 2lbs but I'm not really satisfied. For my last 2 weeks of Drol I'd like to put on 8lbs. I'm adding another shake and 1 (maybe cheat?) meal every day. Hoping for 4lbs a week. We'll see what becomes of it. I'm already eating 5 chicken breasts a day...so now it will be six, or just some junk food to up the cals. I haven't quite enough carbs this week. Maybe I'll introduce some more red meat, big steaks and shit.

Went out to a club tonight, not quite as fun when everyone around you is shitfaced, but I still had a decent time. A lot of sexy girls, unfortunately I came home alone (big surprise lol!)

Wasn't happy with the way I looked today...you know sometimes you just look in the mirror and think you look like shit? It's fucked up cuz just the day before I looked in the mirror and was seeing positive results and felt good about myself...this whole body image thing is a bit of a bitch.

Anyways...this is turning more into a blog than a cycle journal lol...

Day 20

Day off. Diet and supps all in check. I think I should have eaten more today, because I probably burned of 2,000 calories after watching Jackass 2! What a fuckshow lol!

Sides have remained constant and limited to heat (sweating) and very minor acne. I think I have noticed some extra hair growth, which sucks since I'm already discustingly hairy lol...that's the worst of it though. My facial hair is growing in at an unprecedented rate.

Day 22

Bad day at the gym, but great workout. It's really annoying how at the busiest time at the gym people seem to think there is no problem with occupying the bench press by doing leg raises and forearm exercises...2 of the 4 benches were taken by people not even benching! Then some guy was "resting" his towel on a freeweight bench, not even using it, then gives me a look like i'm an asshole for asking him to move his towel so I can use it! And it was the only one not being used. Anyways...enough ranting.

The day didn't start off so good, i simply could not stomach any food today...I was queasy all day...i managed to get in three full meals before the workout. For one meal, I just could not eat the chicken breast, so I threw it in a blender with some OJ and took it down vander style lol...seemed to work okay for today. A little chunky.

Workout went great, hit PR on the bench again , 295 for 3. Felt good, need a little bit of assistance on the last rep. Followed it up with a plate a side for 16reps...really pumped me up. My chest was shot after this, so the rest of the workout was done with lightweight. The shoulder was acting up a bit and it felt like I was one heavy rep away from a torn pec or something in that area...you gotta listen to your body!

the pump in my tris' was insane...again, so pumped it was painful.

Sides are the same. I'm still hoping for 4lbs this week, so I got the rest of the week to put in on. I was aiming to hit 230lbs this cycle. Slow and steady does it!

Oh yeah, I also (finally) got laid...the craziest sex i've had in my life. I think the last time I got laid was in my first week of my cycle (which is a long ass time if your on test!). It was definately needed.

Well first, congrats on getting laid and the PR on bench!! There is this chick at the gym who his so fuckin hot, I was staring at her last night like she was a walking vagina! :insane2: Anyways, I know what you mean about the gym, with people taking there sweet ass time doing the dumbest excersises they can think of. At my gym, there's this group of about 7 guys who take up all the free weights and they talk between sets for like 10 minutes! LIterally!! It pisses me off. keep up the work bro! :druggie:
