hey bro's
starting my new cycle of test e / deca.. i am really excited about it because my 2nd cycle was prety shit.. lost hair and had to stop early and some stuff was fake..
i am soon to be 24years old, 4 years of gym, 5"10, about 170pounds.

first cycle was test e 500mg
second cycle was tren hexa + prop
and this cycle will be

week 1-12 test e @ 600mg
week 1-10 deca @ 400mg
propecia for hair loss
and Doxycycline ( i still have acne from my old cycles)

pct: nolvadex for 4week @ 20mg per day, i will be trying to get my hands on some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for the end of the cycle.

i learned to be more prepared and organized for this cycle, thats why i got everything nice and early and did my research

today i had my first jab in right quad 1.2cc enanthate and 1cc deca

the stuff i am taking is europharm enanthate.. i have tried this stuff before it def works well.
my deca is norma S.A i know alot of fakes are out there but this looks really good, expire within 2years, batch number looks good too.

so hopefully all goes well
 
never nolvadex with deca. right. worse PCT, re-think that.

what do u suggest i get, i know its 12weeks away but i wanna get things ready nice and early
 
3rd cycle and you are 170lbs? i think you may want step back and see what is really going on with your diet and training. something obviously isnt working.
 
i would go back to the drawing board brother...time to eat at least 8 times a day..and you height and weight im ballparking a total of 3,8000 total caloris a day..bro seems you have a very high motabolism rate...170 3rd cycle...im assuming crap diet,grap workouts,or bunk gear ...good luck if ya need any more help were here ...
 
i was 127pound before i started to go to the gym, so can u imagine how skinny i was?? i have a small waist and small bones (ectromorph),,, i actually look alot heavier than what i am.. i didnt put much from my second cycle cuz it was really bad...
 
i was 6'1 and 145 at 23 yrs old when i got serious about dieting and lifting (been going to the gym plenty before that, just didnt know the importance of diet). by 27-28 i was 213 naturally. it takes time and dedication and knowledge, not drugs.

so your saying u have gained 68pounds of muscle naturally???
u must have good gentics bro, you should consider bodybuilding profisionally.
 
so today i had the 3rd jab and its the beginning with week 2.. been busy with uni but that's ok the first weeks aren't that interesting with long acting esters
 
yes that is what im saying. took years but i worked hard. i do muscle modeling professionaly, if you really want to know. 6'1 at 235 isnt really on par with the pro's though.
 
What is your diet like pimpta?

i will be consuming around 3800 calories.. with around 620~650calories per meal

meal 1
8 boiled eggs (1whole)
5 slices of whole grain bread or oats
2tspon peanut butter

meal 2
Truemass 3 scope shake 620calorie

meal 3
6oz chicken / tuna
4slice bread for sanwhiches

before gym banana

meal 4
same as 2

meal 5
10oz chicken breast / salmon / steak
1 - 1.5 cup brown rice
green veggies

meal 6
same as 2


flax oil + nuts throghout the day
if i am still hungry before bed, i will take some cottage cheese

the reason why i have shakes is because i am in my final year student in university and i find it hard to prepare 6 meals a day.
 
so thats three meals with food and three shakes? theres your problem. you need to eat more real food, shakes dont really count towards that. one after you lift is about all i would recommend. i know it is hard, but that is what you must do if you want to gain mass and keep it.
 
yes, 3 meals and 3 shakes, i don't have the time for 6, i am a final year student..
well from tomorrow onwards i will start updating this post more regularly because tomorrow is the start of week 3 haha.. i have already gained about 4pounds. guess its from the high calories..
i am losing a bit of hair though.. is it because the propecia hasn't kicked in yet?? i started propecia 1 week after starting the cycle so it has only been 7 days.

well what are you gonna be using and at what dosage??
you should try test enanthate @ 500mg per week and see how that goes. I guess you can never know until you try because everyone is different. If you are really worried then start propecia with it at the same time
