My 3rd bulking cycle

day 26 leg workout again,, hopefully less pain tomorrow than last time..
gained another kg or 2.2pounds
i think this is the heaviest I've ever been near 180pounds now
 
i obviously cant see your legs but i would just say overall just keep adding mass man. its all about the mass!
 
day 29 back workout but concentrating mostly on width.
weight is holding nicely at 81kg,, now i need to grow more
 
day31 chest + biceps.. went back to smith machine bench.. heavy weight..

gained 1 pound which puts me at 180pounds / 81.5kg. i usually weigh after 2 meals but today only after 1
 
day 33 shoulders.. maybe gained another pound! will see, but i will be going out this weekend, meaning drinking to celebrate my birthday.
 
day 34 back work out
day 35 was off hung over
day 36 was chest + bi
day 37 was off hung over
day 38 is back + tri

finally this weekend is over back to my diet,,, had to celebrate this weekend :(
 
day39 woke up really sick this morning much of got a cold from the weekend.. grr bad luck
day off ofcourse. hopefully back at it tommrow
 
day 47 shoulders
day 48 back

gained 1.5kg

i am at 84kg/185pound now

i gained 15 pounds so far... 3 more weeks
and btw i uped the dosage of test from 600 > 700 so i can finish my cycle just before exams
