today was a really good chest workout, i feel strength gains already. and increase libido lol
i am really gonna take this diet thing seriously this time, even tho its not 6 food meals... but thats the best i can do for a student life..
 
what i would do is just try and add one more. get used to it and get it in your routine. i know bro's that carry a cooler around with them, but then again they are pretty serious about their shit. its all in your hands.

so u mean 4 meals 2 shakes?? i was thinking about that. might give that a try. 3 shakes is abit too boring lol
 
yea man, small changes are easier to implement. it will pay off though, if you can increase your calories!
 
i will do that in a week, my body is still adjusting to this new diet, i cant stay in a room for more than 20mins other wise ill die from my own farts lol...
i am getting 45~50g protein every 2.5hours
 
day 17 back and tri workout, felt abit tired but strong at the same time, i really think its my diet that i am just not use to it yet..
 
day 18, leg work out, pretty average workout since i haven't done legs in 2months.. the pain i am gonna get tomorrow... ouch
 
day 19 i started taking Nitrix just 3 pills before my workouts for extra energy
chest with dumbels, i broke my record in flat and incline bench today :)
110 pound dumbel for flat and 90pound for incline both for 8 reps.
 
day 20 was off - my legs were killing me, couldn't even sleep at night..
day 21 did shoulders. very good workout and gained about 2 pounds.
i think my diet is really paying off and not drinking!!!
well i just finished 3 weeks and went from 170 > 176 pounds.. not bad i guess considering i only started my diet from the 2nd week.
lets see if we can hit 190pounds :) . i think that's a fair goal
 
day 23 was off
day 24 back and tri's, loving the pumps already... i think i gained more weight but i need to confirm that in few days to get a more accurate reading
 
shot man, if anyone wants to comment on what i need to work on most ie which muscle group,, comments are more than welcome.. thanks alot
