MGunz... While I do like to shoot for the stars sometimes as well, you're goals are a little unrealistic. When you factor in your weight and what you are looking to do, it's nearing impossible. Dropping 4% bf while gaining 20lbs to your overall lbs # means you're looking at a 27lb swing in lean mass during the duration of your cycle. I know this isn't the anabolic section and you probably want a diet critique, but IMO stick to bulking with Test or Test/Deca (a lot will depend on your cycle history) and enjoy.
If you can bro def add the sweet patatoes. Things are fucking delicious. If your rather put them in the oven for 30min at 400 poke em' then go for another 30min then fucking walla. I personally love the taste of just plain sweet patatoes. When I have to make a quicky meal I like the take a packet of the albacore tuna, throw some marinara sauce on it, mix it around and then eat it. The sweetness of the marinara sauce helps alot. I wish I could make threads like this haha! Looking forward to following your log bro.

as far as the goals I know 20 pounds and -4%BF wont happen overnight.Im not expecting that. It's kind of a long term goal. I just want to get a routine and diet down that I can stick to for long enough to yeild that result.
based on your stats and training level i have your tdee at almost 3000 calories.. usually when people bulk they run about 500 calories above their tdee.. it's the safest bet for muscle gain without too much fat... 700 calories over your tdee is alot better then 1400 calories over.. looks alot better..

I forgot to add that for the last 3-4 months my diet has been that of a dirty bulk, minus fast food and junk food.
I was taking in about 4500-5000 cals a day,but my carbs and fats have been too high, hence why I feel like I'vgained too much fat.
I think this diet's gonna work well for me.
your gonna have to cycle and manipulate your diet for that goal..
ie carb cycle to keto to low carb to high carb etc.. all 8-12 weeks each..
