My Bulk/Drop BF% at the SAME TIME diet!

thats what I mean..lol everyone says I look like im 190-200lbs. I am just light. My dad was a BB and he is the same way though. embarising, but if I showed you a leg pic, you'de know why Im 170.
In that pic I was around 176.

what do you make? I cant figure out what to do that with, that won't taste like ass,and will stay fresh.

I just put a cup of brown rice and a chopped up chicken breast in a container. I put mustard on mine and just leave it in my bag until I eat it, it really isnt that bad at all. If I feel like switching it up i always have a bottle of texas pete near by and will pour some of that on there. Cant go wrong with chicken and rice bro. If you gotta microwave at your work you can always just warm it up, howevers its not bad cold. You could also pop in a sweet potato for 6 minutes if you have the access to a microwave..

jamy, do you think it would it really make a big difference If I eat yellow rice for the first 2 meals?
I ate 3 cups of brown rice every single day for 10 weeks and Im soo sick of it.
Its so much easier for me to eat yellow rice. Will it increase my BF more than brown?

why you just eating brown rice?? switch it up..

sweet potatos and yams are ready in 6 min in a microwave..

if you cant do that, boil 5-6 sweet potatoes for 40 min.. peel the skin.. add parmesian cheese, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper and mash them together.. you have garlic parmasian mashed sweet potatoes.. very yum...

it'll last you about 3 days... just add it to your container...

u can do brown rice bread, or ezekiel bread.. etc

its about getting creative..

If you can bro def add the sweet patatoes. Things are fucking delicious. If your rather put them in the oven for 30min at 400 poke em' then go for another 30min then fucking walla. I personally love the taste of just plain sweet patatoes. When I have to make a quicky meal I like the take a packet of the albacore tuna, throw some marinara sauce on it, mix it around and then eat it. The sweetness of the marinara sauce helps alot. I wish I could make threads like this haha! Looking forward to following your log bro.

MGunz... While I do like to shoot for the stars sometimes as well, you're goals are a little unrealistic. When you factor in your weight and what you are looking to do, it's nearing impossible. Dropping 4% bf while gaining 20lbs to your overall lbs # means you're looking at a 27lb swing in lean mass during the duration of your cycle. I know this isn't the anabolic section and you probably want a diet critique, but IMO stick to bulking with Test or Test/Deca (a lot will depend on your cycle history) and enjoy.

not a huge fan of sweet potatoes,I can eat em though. That mashed sweet potato recipe sounds good. Im gonna try it tommorow.
Glad to hear you're looking forward to my cycle, and it's good to see your feeling your test, I'd think you should be days away from taking off at this point.

I edited the diet a bit.
-substituted sweet potato instead of 3/4 cup yellow rice meal 5
-Added a can of green beans meal 6
-decreased Meat portion from 12oz to 8oz meal 6
these changes Lowered my cals around 600 and my carbs by around 45g.
I am going to find a recipe to make homemade protein bars and eat them for meals 2 and 4.
How are my macros looking now?
 
based on your stats and training level i have your tdee at almost 3000 calories.. usually when people bulk they run about 500 calories above their tdee.. it's the safest bet for muscle gain without too much fat... 700 calories over your tdee is alot better then 1400 calories over.. looks alot better..

as far as the goals I know 20 pounds and -4%BF wont happen overnight.Im not expecting that. It's kind of a long term goal. I just want to get a routine and diet down that I can stick to for long enough to yeild that result.

your gonna have to cycle and manipulate your diet for that goal..

ie carb cycle to keto to low carb to high carb etc.. all 8-12 weeks each..

I was taking in about 4500-5000 cals a day,but my carbs and fats have been too high, hence why I feel like I'vgained too much fat.
I think this diet's gonna work well for me.

I did run a keto diet for about 2 months about a year ago, and I will never ever do that again.
I'v never felt so shitty in my life.
