My First Cycle log

So i have worked out about 5-6 years now pretty consistently. Only the last one has been real productive b/c i was diagnosed with low T at 20 yrs old and been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) 100 mg/wk for 9 months ish now. I am planning on running 500mg cypionate/wk with .5mg/wk of arimidex and having nolvadex on hand in case of gyno. The only problem i have with the cycle is my doctor, and making sure he doesnt realize i cycled cause he would flip out. My dr had me do a blood test and my level came back at 400 free t,which makes no sense, im not on and that is very high. So I have had mononucleosis the past 2 and a half weeks and have been unable to lift(god i hate this but maybe thats why my free t was so high) and lost a good bit of size. Does not lifting blast your levels up? i will say like 1.5 wks b4 the test i took 50 exta mg of test b/c i found out i had mono and didnt want to lose everything. So now I am worried hes is going to monitor my blood work more carefully. I really didnt expect this to happen. Before mono, I was 6'2, 203 and cutting prob 13-14 bf.

strength before mono was:
squated 295-3setsx5 reps
DL 360-8 reps
chest parallel bar dips Bw+80-4 setsx 8reps
tricep parralell bar dips BW+50-3 setsx10 reps
machine row 220-3setsx10 reps
pullups BW-15,12,10

I had shoulder surgery 2.5 yrs ago b/c my shoulder wasnt formed right. it dislocated posteriorly twice. Now i cant do presses above my head(ie overhead presses) or perpendicular to my body(ie bench presses) etc. do my main pressing exercises have to be dips. I was following a Lyle McDonalds Generic Bulking Routine more or less with what i could do. My goals after this cycle are to ~220 lbs about 12%Bf. I will post progress pics every month and a beginning pic as well. i will be following the same routine as before unless some1 else can convince me otherwise. That is, a upper lower split 4 days per week Tues, Thrus, Sat, Sun. I will post workouts and weights online atleast weekly.

Upper day:
chest dips 4x8
mach row 3x10
tri dips 3x10
pullups 3x10
front raise 2xmax
side raise 2xmax
bi curl 1xmax

lower body:
squat either 5x5 or 3x5
DL 1x8
LP 2x12
bar shrugs 2x12

I am at college so i will have access to unlimited dining hall access. main protein sources:eggs,turkey,ham,cottage cheese,whey protein, whatever is in the line(sometimes beef or chicken). main carb sources oatmeal, wheat bread, fruit, sometimes brown rice or sweet potato. have access to peanut butter as well as animal proteins and fats and unlimited salad bar. Any advice guys, thanks.
 
so Z finally got the payment, waiting for him to ship. Im still getting over mononucleosis, should be good to go soon, hopefuly this week to get back to lifting b4 cycle.
 
dude its killing me, losing a ton of the gains i had made and gaining fat. plus i fucking love busting my ass in the gym, had finally started to get some respectable lifts, once i can workout, will post lifts. so far its been 3 weeks
 
so good news guys. I thought that jobs tested for elevated testosterone to get a job but they dont. so i can start my cycle a bit later, after having some time back in gym from recovering from mono. btw looking to intern this summer
 
so Z says he will ship monday, then just gotta wait for ship. Get over mono, and get back to gym and get strength up, then cycle. Pretty excited, yet bummed about not lifting and losing size and strength
 
So guys, still not back in the gym yet from mono, its at the 1 month mark now. Hoping to get back this week. So would you guys recommend me getting back into the groove of lifting, like 2 weeks then start cycle...or lift until I get my strength completely back to premono levels and then cycle? Any inputs?
 
Any body any advice? Should I frontload the first shot? do 12 weeks instead of 10? Z shipped today so waiting for that. Gonna try to workout tomorrow, i think mono is gone enough, not sure though
 
about to go hit the gym. Gonna start at 50% weights I was using cause supposed to start slow after mono. Feel like I have lost 5-10 pounds of muscle, everything is small. gotta get it back. ill post before pics when I can, but you guys will laugh cause Im scrawnny now, was goodish before mono but w/e. After cycle goal 220 12%bf

so guys, just back from the gym, first time in exactly one month. was working out at 50% old PRs.
squat: bar-5, 95-5, 145-5,5,5
DL: 135-8, 185-8 (light headed after DL, then it went away)
LP(incline plate loaded):300-12,12
bar shrug: 115-12,12

weight: fucking lost 11.5 pounds in the month of mono, primarily all muscle. Hated it, felt tiny in the gym, when 1 month ago I had been gaining great, w/e I will get back and be much better before. fuck the past, live in present

i havent started the cycle yet. i will post pic next friday, when i go home and have access to a camera. The problem with pics is that i lost 12 lbs of muscle and alot of strenght so it will be pathetic but ill still post. i started out lifting about 5 years ago at 6'2 160 lbs got up to 190ish and found out i had low T. Been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) almost a year now and got up to 210, cut down to 204 1 month ago then found out i had mono now at 192.5.
