so its been officially 4 weeks and 1 day, still not super feeling it in the gym. Libido is up, pumps are up but crazy strengh not yet. Btw decided to up test to 250mg 2 times per week and have done that twice so far

FUCKING god damnit...I am not getting bigger or stronger in the upper body hardly at all. It has been 4.5 weeks and I cant get stronger. I bust my ass in the gym its not focus. Am I doing too much volume or intensity? Should i switch to a full body routine or body part split? Sub bench for dips?(I think my shoulders are holding me back b/c I have bad shoulders) Can someone plz help me? Thanks guys
 
Blade, ther's nothing wrong in ths thread. keep all you do with patience.

i don't know how to use the liquid letro. in fact. letro is the strongest A.I; i always said to start before with anastrozle. killing all the estogen makes joints problem quickly. it makes desorder in procollagen synthesis.

BTW. i'm specialised on tren cycle; not on test- cycle post TRT.

when you will run tren, if you run tren in a futur cycle. i could help you.

as far as i know, ther's just a few people with a long experience of trenbolone here.

but as i said, all seems to be good man!
 
your just getting to the sweet spot of the cycle , especially since you started so low. be extremely easy on the letro , i doubt you even need it at that dose of test.
 
I havent used any letro, the dex started to work better...Im doing .4 mg eod. Also realized my 1 rep max from a chart for 200-8 is 248 and for 185-12 is 266, accidentally added way too much weight

Don`t be to hard with yourself bro..At low doses the strengh and gains will be slower than higher doses but it will come. I think you doing great bro...Kepp it up Champ

i have it now and finally recovering, been outta the gym for 3 weeks!
