felt tougher than i would have like at 60% of my PRs before mono
 
ya i am, gonna add 10% or PRs per work out until i cant then lower the increment, hopefully start the cycle within 2 weeks, im excited
 
upper body today ~60 PRs cept dips and pullups b/c not possible

ok guys, went home this weekend, got more dex, so will have 14mg from Z plus 3.75. still waiting on test, nolva, and dex to show up from Z, its been 12 days since he shipped, almost a month since i ordered.

Just got back from lower body, did 85% of PR instead of 90% cause 80% was rough

weight was 197.75, up 4.5 pounds from last week, wtf thats not good
 
bit of a set back, fuck. my shoulder pain is back, not sure if it is tendonitis or what. got appt with orthopedic ot get mri and have it checked out march 20. Think until then i will workout legs, LEg press, leg ext, leg curl, calves(anything that doesnt require shoulder or arm). I dont want to lose alot of muscle again like the mono so i think i will use some of my extra test, bought 4 vials of 10 mls to up my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose to 200 or 250mg/week to keep strenght and muscle up hopefully
 
lower body today, could only do LP, leg ext, leg curl and calves cause of shoulder. decided to give high rep LP a try, holy fucking fck.( also realized before my LP ROM was horrible because seat position but fixed that, legs to chest basicallt

no it still has not shown up, Idk what happend, domestic is no show, as is intl. fuck. and shoulder is bothering me again, so im only woriking legs on leg press and machines unfortunatley
 
Idk, z said he would email him once it had been a month, im hoping he reships. do you know what the box he ships in looks like? is it obvious or well disguised, casue i need to give him a new shipping address, not my PO box, so i may have him ship it to my school mailbox.

In the reply box, click on go advanced, in the next window scroll down a little bit and click on "manage attachments", find your photo and then upload it.
