26/06 Update
Welcome back to Cardiff Muscle's pure test log! Tomorrow will be my sixth shot and the end of the fifth week.
Did chest yesterday and normally my max DB press for 10-12reps is 60lbs in each hand, well yesterday I busted out 2 sets of 10 and a set of 8 (this was to failure) with 80lbs which for me is a real big achievement. Also strength on the Bench is solid as we were busting out 176lbs. Now you may think that light, which comapred to my PB, it is. However in this instance it was 4 slow seconds down and 1 second up. Now when your banging out 10 reps of
that you feel a pump and pain like no other!
Currently my weight is sticking at 230-232lbs, although my strength is still up as you can see above. Due to this Im introducing an additional 500 calories into my diet. Hopefully, as its a slow introduction of additional cals, Im hoping not to gain to much additional bodyfat, as so far, my diet has been regimented and extremely good. No fast and dirty bulk for me, nothing but clean calories!
Again, I cannot preach enough how good this has been for a first cycle and how it has over reached my expectations. I look through other peoples first cycles, follow the progress that they make, and then am amazed with the fact that the gains seem under their expectations. Im not talking about this board, but others that I lurk on.
I read threads wheres guys run Anadrol at 50mg ED, Test at 750mg EW, Deca at 500mg EW. put on about 25lbs throughout the total time, and complain they are not seeing results they thought!!!! I mean Ive gained an additional 12lbs so far and the difference is incredible! Ive got to buy t-shirts, shirts and sweaters that are one size up and they are still really tight on me on the arms and shoulders/chest. People in the gym are constantly stopping me and asking advice ("yes bro, I put all my gains down to BSM products

") and it plain to see that Ive grown. To cap it off Im 6'3 and initally I found it hard to notice size gain on tall lads as our muscle bellies are longer. How a guy at 5'11 who adds on an addition 20-25lbs and feels he didnt get the results he wanted is beyond me!
Then again, its the same bro's that complain that they have added 25lbs and then kept only 10. A lot can be said for the phrase "the quicker you put it on, the quicker it comes off!"
I suppose what Im trying to say is, why be in such a rush to add componds and burn out your receptors too quickly? Ive said it before and I'll say it again, Its a marathon bro's, not a sprint
