Stats 5'10" 170 bf 9%

Week-1-12 600 mg test enan 2 shots a week
Week-1-10 tritren 200mg 2 shots a week
Week-1-10 deca 275mg 1 shot a week

hcg 500 iu a week throughout cycle
200mg b6 daily throughout cycle for prolactin
Vitamin E 1000mg a week
aromison .5 eod throughout

Nolvadex week 14-18 20mg a day

What Do you guys think

A little more info about your self if you please.... 2000mgs a week?? I know pro's that don't do that... Have you worked out a plan on when you are getting a shot? Please let me know what the Tritren is, Thank you

everything is a total for the week not 2000mgs

tritren is 50mg a 100mg e and 50mg h
 
Thats alot of gear for someone your size. At 5-10 and 170 you are a LOOOOOONG way from being at your genetic max, Safe to say 30lbs but maybe even 40 or 50. If you cant gain off 500mg of test a week then you have a serious deficieny in your diet and or training.

I'm 28 and training since I was 13. My genetic as far as family is about 150. 170 is as big as I can get. There is no more growth coming out of my diet as I have been doing this for a long time. I can eat 5-6K calories a day with 300g of protein and gain nothing.
 
Looks like you're pretty serious! :) 4th cycle too... damn...

whats your diet going to look like?
How much weight do you want to gain from this cycle?

What were your other cycles?
 
Meal 1: 4 Egg Whites 2 full / ¾ cup of Oats / Coffee
Meal 2: Protein Shake (60 grams protein, 4 carbs)
Meal 3: 7oz Cooked Chicken / 1 Cup of Rice veggies
Meal 4: Protein Shake (60 grams protein, 4 carbs)
Meal 5: 10 oz Cooked Steak or Chicken / Salad w/ 1oz fat free dressing veggies
Meal 6: Protein Shake (60 grams protein, 4 carbs)

Snacks are walnuts almonds, granola cereal,fruit

expecting 20 pounds of lean muscle

This is supposed to be a bulking diet yet 3 out of your 6 meals are only 250 calories? lol

Thats a cutting diet. no wonder you cant put on any weight.

So then why would you eat less? youre not making any sense. I seriously doubt you eat that much cause you cant even get your story straight in the same thread.


Look, that diet you posted is 2500 cals max and youre getting over half your protein from shakes. No amount of gear in the world is gonna put weight on you unless you eat. Too bad youve ran 4 cycles and still cant figure that out.


You call 8 egg whites and 3/4 cup oatmeal breakfast on a bulker? Please.


try:

6 eggs
2 pcs whole wheat toast
6 oz lean breakfast ham
1 scoop protein in a glass of milk
1 banana


and then have 5 more meals similar to that. You eat like a bird. Not trying to be a dick but its bad enough that youre 170lbs and running a stack like that, much less any gear at all. But its even worse that youve run 4 cycles and youre still only 170lbs. Youre seriously killing me.

Why would I eat less because eating more is a waste of time and i don't like going to the bathroom 6 times a day. This what my diet consist of right now when I start the cycle I expect that to change with the added appetite.

2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites
6 - 8 oz. 93% lean beef or chicken
- 3/4 cup oatmeal before cooking
1 TBS olive oil

Meal #2
Protein Drink: 2-3 Scoops Protein, 4-6 TBS whipping
cream, and 12-18-oz water
banana or 4 frozen strawberries

Meal #3
8 - 10 oz. chicken (before cooking)
6 - 8 oz. potato or 1/2 1 cup cooked rice
2 cups vegetables (broccoli, etc.)

Meal #4
Protein Drink: 2-3 Scoops Protein Powder, 4-6 TBS whipping
cream, and 12-18-oz water
banana or 4 frozen strawberries)

Meal #5
8 - 10 oz. sirloin steak or lean meat
2 cups vegetables
6 oz potato
1 TBS Flax Oil (or oil mix)

Meal #6
10 -oz chicken breast, 2 cups vegetables;
Or: 3 Scoops protein powder, 6 TBS whipping cream, 20-oz water



there is the whole diet nothing left out not a detail lol am i still killing you i was asking about the cycle not my diet and it is 4k calories

Dude youre gonna get annhilated here. You have no business using steroids at your size. Youve been training for 15 fucking years and even ran 4 cycles and youve only managed to get to 170lbs? Thats pathetic. I saw your routine in another thread, it sucks. You work out like 6 days a week so you likely dont get enough rest. Your diet sucks. Youve changed it 3x now in this thread so what is it cause you cant seem to make up your mind? You should really stop and re-evaluate this whole thing before you stick another needle in you or take another pill.


I normally dont tell people they should/shouldnt run gear but in this case it was just too blantantly obvious.

Youre right, i dont. I had you confused with someone else who posted their routine. Anyhow, i still stick by my original statement that 5-10 and 170lbs is too small to be using steroids. If you cant get to 190-200lbs naturally then theres a problem. Im guessing you simply dont eat enough and im guessing its because youre one of these skinny guys thats afraid of losing your precious abs.
