When I started working out I was 120 pounds. Progressed to my natural weight of 145-150. Gained until 170-175.
Your natural weight being 150lbs and your genetic limit being 150lbs are 2 different things. Your genetic limit IS NOT 150lbs and dont even try to tell us it is becuse we know better. Ive never met a person 5-10 that couldnt hit 190-200lbs lean naturally all day long. Youre just not willing to do what it takes.
Look buddy I'm not trying to look like the pros nor want to. I am an athlete who is in great shape has gained 20-25 pounds of lean muscle over natural size naturally and wants another 10-20 unnaturally. Thats it...Thats all If I wanted to be a 260 pound muscle head that couldn't run around the block I would. Maybe thats what you are going for not me. You keep doing your 1 set of 350 for 3 reps talk for 20 mins look around see who's watching you do another 8 say you were at the gym for 2 hours and go to bed.
Nobody said you were and nobody said you needed to being doing a bunch of 1 repper sets, those are just guidelines to put on mass which you claim to want to do. And like its been said before, the fact that you cant put that last 20lbs on naturally show your lack of training knowledge/diet/whatever else because the majority of the people get to that weight BEFORE they start gear. Your just full of excuses and copouts about genetics.
By the way i bust my ass in the gym and my lifts make yours look pathetic and ive only been training 3 years. Furthemore, I have used only a fraction of the gear you have. Im also at a similar bodyfat now(10% roughly) and weigh 30lbs more than you do. Im not a monster, im an athlete also whos training to play football again. I can run around the block, fool. So who knows what theyre doing here and whos the fool?
