Mon - Chest/Bis
Tues -Back/Legs
Wed - Bis/tris in morning - Chest/Shoulders afternoon

Thurs - Leg/Back
Fri - Forearms/Calves/Bis
Sat - Tris/Chest/Shoulders
Sun - 3 hours cardio
 
Yea I was just wondering if adding another workout will be beneficial, I am now eating 6000+ clean calories a day, and I am making huge gains,

i'd be more interested in seeing what you're eating. 6K cals clean is tough as hell. PLease post your daily intake.

as for your workout... to me it looks like shit, but if its working for you, thats all that matters.
 
i would do back and bi's and then chest and tri's

legs and abs traps and forearms

all these work together and that way you dont over train the smaller groups.
 
lean beef is probably one of the best ways to get more calories + it is alot easier to eat tthan dry ass chicken although i do eat alot of chicken ill post a detailed list when i got time

Agreed. I hardly eat any chicken anymore and stick with pork and beef.
