Calf raises body weight 300 reps

added legs

4 sets of squad 20 reps each set, of 200 pounds, took 6 minutes between sets
2 sets of leg extention of 100 pounds one leg curl at a time 15 reps on each leg.
1 set hamstring curl of 80 pounds 60 reps

inner/ outer leg cable pull 1 set of each 50 reps, 10 pounds

legs were wabbling through out the day

Cycle notes: So far I've noticed a gain in strenght, and muscle mass, muscles look harder & leaner.


Supps notes: I'm loving N2Slin, I've run this before and it works great, feel much more vascular, increases my appetite a bit too, which I like.
The Chocolate Peanut Butter whey to build Protein is awesome !! Best tasting Protein shake by far.
N2KTS always gets me jacked.. I love this stuff
 
Today I rested gonna take off for the long weekend, I will be pinning primo and test Undecanoate sat, I love this combo, it's A1A grade.. GXRP6, same as HGH.

Primo is working great, it's reallty helped me lean out while gaining good mass, the gains are not super fast, but it's a good solid gain.
I will running this cycle for anothger 4 weeks.
 
deads are a great compound movement, it is a must, but for me on this log will not be necessary cause I'm concentrating on very high reps on body parts that need more attention,.but I love deads

thxs bro, let me tell you 3J has helped me alot same with the help of NTBM supplement, when ever I see that I'm in trouble I get my advice from 3J, 3J diet plan is key to progress same as supplements and AA's.
