I remember that its awesome for a bulk

This is true, when eating an excess amount of calories, it helps to take a couple of these bad boys before every meal. Keeps some of the fat off while aiding in building muscle. This is the way I like to use it.
 
Well took 4 post WO last night and than ate: half carton strawberries, full carton of blueberries, and one banana + 30g bcaa. Than a chicken / jasmine rice meal ten min later.

You can almost feel your body moving the sugars your body. Its great.


Anyone get this from a big dose and than lots of simple sugars. ??
