Neck!!

need something to get my neck thicker. I'm doing Shrugs twice a week, squats once a week, and im gonna make myself do deads. What in addition can I do?? :shoot2:
 
Gain muscle everywhere and your neck will follow. I honestly don't think the vast majority of people will need to do direct neck work to have a strong, large neck.

Hah...I had to do some neck work for the Army (don't ask... :rolleyes: )...I did shrugs, upright rows, and reverse overhand lateral raises (like an overhand clap, with weights)...Do more trap work...my gym has a device that you hang from your head and you either hang weights from it or attach it to a cable and it works your neck...This guy in the Guard uses it when he's got a PT test coming up...He says it adds size to his neck, but I've never used it :dunno:
