letro kills 95% of your estrogen which severely inhibits gains
So then any idea why people take letro on cycle I know it keeps out water but whats the point of takin gear if u blocking the estrogen damit !!
If I get a lump under my nipple on cycle i should just wait until the end
Of the cycle then only start Leto does that sound like a better idea ??

Yea I have done that cyto33 explained that to me,, as soon as I go over 500-600mg test I get gyno a small lump under my nipple

You have to find your sweet spot with letro. Some use .25mg for Aromatase inhibitor (AI) purposes and are fine while others need a higher dose since they are converting more testosterone to estrogen. I personally need a higher dose of letro for Aromatase inhibitor (AI) purposes. I've neglected an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) while on cycle and just used letro at the end to reverse it. It works but when you kill your estro you feel like shit - dull/achy joints, lethargy, libido loss, weaker, and an overall feeling I can't explain unless you've experienced it.
Yea "Mightymouse" I agree that happened to me the first time I used letro I almost shat myself I used big doses of letro I just wanted the gyno gone but I payed the price low sex drive sore joints big mistake!
U say you've neglected an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on cycle then used letro at the end to kill it, thats what I'm thinkin if I get a lump again on cycle I'll use letro only at the end to kill it, I do have arimidex anyways just incase it's weaker.
Do u think the lower yr bodyfat is on cycle the less chance u have of getting gyno ?

I don't think bodyfat makes a difference. I'm pretty lean right now and I still have the lumps that are slowly going away. Breast tissue is breast tissue and the way it gets converted is the ultimate factor. I've had gyno surgery on both sides before I learned about letro but I'm still susceptible to it since the surgeon didn't remove the whole gland. If I were you, I just use .25mg of letro daily or eod and see how that treats you. If you start to feel sensitivity in the nips or lumps forming up the dose. Letro is some cool shit that works
Maybe you should try another Aromatase inhibitor (AI) that isn't that strong like Aromasin, but will control the estr enough to limit the gyno. Even Aromasin can be strong if you take too much.
As for your question about WHY people take AIs during cycles and such... most people take whatever advice they get on the boards as gospel, whether they need it or not. Everyone is different. You have to find what doses/chems work for you.

In an effort to be concise for OP I feel a correction is in order. Letrozole is effective at passing through 95% of lipid cells. Letrozole actually inhibits aromatase which converts testosterone into estrogen. The amount of estrogen suppressed is reliant on dosage. A .20mg dose reduces estrogen levels 30% in clinical trials.
The use of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) keeps your androgens from being converted and reduces estrogenic sides. I.E. more of the test you bought actually stays as test. If you want to get a more detailed explanation read the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) thread I made.
