need a great mass stack for the winter! HELP PLEASE

ok so i have done cycles before and made some good gains but ive never took it too seriously and i usually play around too much and lose everything i worked for then have to start over again... I'm ready to be serious tired of playing around i weight 150 currently at height of 5'8" i look like i could weigh about 165 though.....never really did any major cycles but i want to put on some good size and do a serious stack for the winter and try to continue doing decent cycles to maintain and better myself. could anyone give me some suggestions or some ideas...what to stack ..pct ...anything would help

make sure to add caber or parmi and an AI

diet will be the key. if you dont eat enough and continue eating enough, you wont be able to maintain your gains

increase your calories as you keep gaining weight
 
ok thanks bros. ..now when you say test does it have to be a specific test like cyp. or prop or can it be a combo like sustanon or andropen?
 
Try this Bro!!!

weeks 1-10 Test Propionate 200mg eod
weeks 1-9 NPP 100mg EOD
Weeks 1-8 Dianabol 40mg ed

get swole
(don't forget Aromatase inhibitor (AI), Prami or Caber, and Pct)

and if you are very serious about getting big
add IGF-1 LR3 at 40mcg every other day for the first 4 weeks of cycle and during pct

Also GHRP-2 100mg 2-3x a day along with CJC 1295 (mod GRF)
or
6 IU HGH every day or 8-10 IU eod (whatever you prefer)

All the cycles listed above are good for gaining mass. Just don't overlook the real problem... your not eating enough. Don't sit here and respond with " but I eat 5k cals a day" or something like that. Just eat more man there is no two ways around it.
 
Which Is why I recommended the peptides.

IGF-1 LR3 is similar to insulin. It is extremely anabolic and it also causes a hypoglycemic type feeling making you crave food usually carbs.

GHRP-6 or 2 also increase hunger by A LOT. I have no problem eating 7000 calories in a day where I use ghrp 3x at 150mcg dose.

bro you are not eating enough. you have done cycles before but you weigh 150? there are 5'4" girls at my gym who weigh 160 -- and aren't fat (well, by chick standards). eat for godsakes.
 
I would suggest doing more research. Steroidology is a great place to start. I would also suggest eating and research nutrition.
 
well i know i have to eat and believe me i do ...i know i dont eat perfect or enough but i allso have a very high metabolism to start and i also for the longest time used to work outside everyday doing manual labor..tree work to be more precise sometimes putting in 60 hours a week.....burns lots of calories...lots of consistant lifting dragging and carrying all day everyday wearing jeans and boots no matter how hot or cold it was...so it made it very hard to gain and maintain but now i have much better jobs that are not so demanding physically which im hoping will help out somewhat...and keep in mind i also am not a big guy to begin with..i have a small body frame if you see me in person i do not look like i weight 150 i think is mostly cause i dont have much mass in my legs

It all depends on you as an individual. Like I suggested I would do more research on Steroidology. So you can kind of figure out how things are going to effect you. The dosages come down to what compounds you use as well. Like I said stick around and do more research.
