i also do dead lifts every other week
straight bar curls 4 x 10
hammer curls 4 x 10
preacher curls 4 x 10
machine curls 4 x 10
im ok with legs they are still growing.. with my chest that workout helped my bench 50 pds and size but everything is just stuck size and strength
