need a new workout im stuck with mine now

my workout is good but im stuck, not growing need to change it up.. im looking to bulk, so any ideas would be great
 
chest and tri:
incline smith 12, 10, 8, 6
flat bench 12 ,10, 8 ,6
butterflys 4x 10
chest press 4 x 12

that for two weeks then

incline db press 12, 10 ,8 ,6
flat db press 12, 10 ,8 ,6
db flys, 4 x 10

tri- skull crushers
tri push dwns
dips
one arm pull

shoulders and traps:

mill press, 4 x 8
side db raise 4 x 10
straight bar front raise 4 x 10
reverse pec dec 4 x 10

shrugs 5 x 12

back and bi
t row 4x8
lat pull 4 x10
rows 4 x 10
i also do dead lifts every other week

straight bar curls 4 x 10
hammer curls 4 x 10
preacher curls 4 x 10
machine curls 4 x 10

im ok with legs they are still growing.. with my chest that workout helped my bench 50 pds and size but everything is just stuck size and strength
 
You have more sets for delts and biceps than you do for back. That should be the first change you make.
