Need help with dosage

So my buddy gave me a a huge 40ml bottle full of something, not sure what it is, its got a dark amber color to it, so I'm assuming its Tren. He's a reliable source, I trust him, he's just had it sitting around for a year, he said he forgot what it was, but I'm damn sure its Tren. I also have some about 5 or 6 ml of Deca left, and about 3 or 4 ml of test left over from previous cycles. This is my third cycle I have done, not sure how I should combine these, or the dose amount and frequency of doses please help me. Never have messed with Tren before. Trying to bulk up if that helps, thanks bro's
