thanks much and this my second cycle my first one was at novamber 2009 was for 10 weeks

and but the way i so confused now if use nolvadex or no ?

i worry from get gyno the estrogen effect if no use nolvadex i started this cycle at 26 febrayer and taked per day 20mg nolvadex so what i should to do ? i not professional about steroid and this stuff

in gym today some told me use nolvadex after 4 weeks and other told me at week 8 and other told me use it only when feel estrogen effect (gyno) and some told me to take it from first day LOOOOOL

Lord you need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for on cycle estrogen control like arimidex(anastrazole) or exemestane(aromisin). Nolva is better used in post cycle therapy (pct) with clomid or toremifene.

You don't use nolva on cycle especially when using deca.
So hopefully you can get an AI.

aromasin or arimidex will work but aromasin is prefered...

aromasin at 12.5mg/ed all the way through pct...you dont have to start it till you notice signs of gyno

arimidex at .5mg/ed and then half way through pct start dropping the dosage
