Need to get rid of mild gyno.

Hey i could post pics but honestly it's not going to change anything. Im not clueless and I have seen thousands pics of people with gyno. I dont have a severe case but its definitely there when my nipples are soft. Also it fluctuates a lot depending on my Test:Estrogen balance..

I hope it can be reversed. If not then surgery is the only way out. But before that I want to try things.

I'll consult my endo/uro next week. What do you think he would prescribe if anything?

So you would recommend Letro or Aro? Nolva doesn't do much at all? What dosages and for how long are we talking here?

I'm worried about the gyno coming back if I happen to get rid of it. So I need something to prevent that.

None of us are physicians here.....I think anyways...lol. Put it this way, when I'm attacking a gyno lump, I go hard at 2.5mg of Letro ED and sometimes it takes a few weeks to get rid of it. Consulting with your endo is a good idea because you could have some kind of problem that can keep recurring without medical intervention. I'd hate to see you keep wasting money on research chems when they might not solve the problem in the long run. For all you know, you could have something rare that is causing this to happen in your body in which case the moment you stop the AI's, it comes back. Honestly dude, get your endo's feedback and go from there. If you want to keep it in check in meantime, start out with some Letro at 1.25mg ED and see how that works and up it if needed.

Ok thanks.

Where does one acquire Letro that ships to here? My endo will probably get me another blood test, this time with female hormonal panel -.- and it will probably take another month before he gives me something (that is IF he does)

Do i keep the Letro at 1.25mg ED till its gone, what about Estro rebound?

Keep it at 1.25mg ED or up it as high as 2.5mg ED if you need to. Yes, continue until the gyno is gone. Once it's gone, I would gradually lower the dosage to help prevent rebound and if you have the money, get Aromasin and as you're fading the Letrozole out, start the Aromasin at 12.5mg ED and run it for 2 weeks, dropping the dosage in half (6.25mg ED) for week 2. This is just how I would do it if I were in your situation. I think your endo will definitely need to be involved though. There's an obvious underlying reason this is happening and what I'm suggesting may only be a temporary solution, if even that. Good luck dude. OH forgot....RUI sells what you're looking for. They are a sponsor on this board and have both Letrozole (Femara) and Aromasin (Exemestane).

Thanks just checked RUI but all the stuff is liquid...

Liquid is fine man. You just drop 1ml = 2.5mg or 0.5ml = 1.25mg into your mouth. No injection necessary.

Also I recommended the Nolva first because it has been shown in real medical studies to reverse pubertal gyno.

I'm not saying don't do letro... I'm on it as we speak to destroy a lump from Dbol and Nolva was doing nothing for me....

Thanks guys. Ill order the stuff once Ive talked with my Endo

@Wheat if I were to go for Nolva do I need anything for Estro rebound or is it not a big deal?

I'm telling you, I wouldn't use Nolva over Letro but do what you're gonna do. Your case is unique anyway and I think you are eventually going to need medical intervention anyhow.

No estro rebound from Nolva.. what Nolva does is it stop estro from binding to the receptors in your tits and thus the Gyno cannot grow.

To be safe you should always taper off these drugs though...I'm not a doctor.

I tend to agree with Italiano...but Italiano you have to seen the studies relating to Nolva and pubertal gyno?

No, I have not. Again, I'm just saying how I'd handle it. I think he should be having this conversation with his doctor and not us since it's not related to any gear usage.

Sup wheat,

Ill get you a pic later. Btw im on Nolva but i doubt it will do anything, on it for 4 days now and dont feel anything. My endo also told me that it wont get rid of any existing breast tissue. I think im going to call it quits and just get him to give me letro. I feel like Im wasting time with nolva.

This is Jan 15 but you can see that theres obviously something there. Ill get a pic later but Id have to time it so my nipples are soft, when my nipples are hard its not that noticeable.

Also I read somewhere that Nolva will close your growth plates, should i really run it after Letro for PCT?
