Alright here we go. Received the N2 Burn in the mail.
Stats:
6'1"
222
29years old
MMA fighter, injured last summer. Torn pec/bicep/tendon in my arm. Have added some muscle back at the expense of some fat.

Goal: To shed some of the excess fat and show off the newly "reaquired" muscle.


I'm posting yesterday's and today's workouts.

Yesterday

10:00am til 1:00pm MMA Drills, 10 rounds of sparring, bag work, pad work

500pm Took first dose of N2 Burn

600pm workout

Workout looked like this

Decline DB Bench 25sx12, 30sx12, 40sx10, 50sx8
Incline DB Bench 30sx10 40sx8
Flat Db Flyes 10sx12 15sx8 (really tough on the injured area still)

DB Concentration curls 35sx10 40sx8 (2 forced reps on the end)

BB Curls 85x8

DB Military Seated 40sx10, 45'sx8, 50'sx6

Side Laterals 25sx10 30sx8

Low Cable Delt raise 20lbs/side x8 reps/side

Reverse DB Flyes 20sx12 25sx8

Then had enough energy to box some more with my students. Felt good. Energized until around 1:00am

Notes: Slight heart burn from the pills that went away after about 30 minutes. Noticeable steady heightened energy. Endurance up as well as strength.

Today 9/22/2011
Woke up at 220.0 (2 lbs less than yesterday)

Took n2 burn on empty stomach. Waited about 30 minutes before eating. No irritation. I feel it worked better this way. Very high energy level during workout.

Today did Back, Legs and Tris.

Leg Extension 100x15 130x12 160x10
Leg Press 250x12, 340x12, 575x10
Hack Squat 255x10 345x10
Leg Curl 80x10 100x10
SLDL 135x10 185x8
Calf Press 345x3 setsx10 reps (only rest was 10 second static hold between sets)
Calf Raises 90x12

DB Pullovers 30x12 40x10 55x10
Close Grip Pulldows 70x12 100x10
Wide Grip Cable Rows 70x12 100x10
One Arm DB rows 50x12 70x8
BB Deadlifts 185x10 235x6

Tricep Pressdowns 110x10 120x8

Could have done more.

Note: I sweated noticeably a lot. I was drenched. Looked like I had been in a swimming pool. Had great focus and was able to tune out everything else. Great mind/muscle connection. Got a little jittery after about an hour into the workout.

Also noticing appetite is controlled. I'm not "starving to death" today.
 
Worked all weekend. I work 40 hours in 3 days every other weekend. N2burn definitely made the day go by better. I was laughing. joking and just in a general good mood. This is some good stuff. Weight this morning was 219. I'll post my workout from today in just a bit. For whatever reason, my strength is also progressing. I think it's due to the motivation the N2Burn gives me actually. Be back in just a bit!

Great workout. Strength is up. Focus and mind/muscle connection is noticeably increased. Did not have the super sweats during this workout. Probably because I drank 1 liter of water during the workout. Dont know if that's why or not. Also the humidity is not as high today. Still had the "happy" type feeling during and after the workout. Carried all the way until my second dose of N2Burn for the day, which was 3:00pm.

Beginning to see good definition in shoulders, biceps and triceps. Also chest is firming up. Hoping this continues to increase throughout the duration.

Well last night during some fun time with my girlfriend. She said to me "I think you're firming up some. Have you lost weight?" She also commented on how big my triceps were looking. So I weighed again this morning and I was 217.0 to my surprise. Arms, shoulders and chest look bigger. Waist and torso fat seems to be decreasing. Also my strength is going up. Here's this morning's workout.

Took N2Burn at 10:15am, ate about 20 minutes later. Workout began at 11:10am.

Forearms 100 reps per side with the standard grippers
150lb grippers x10 reps per side with 10 sec static hold at the end
200lb grippers x5 reps per side with 10 sec static hold at the end

I felt as if there was no limits on me today. Injured arm was feeling good. Had good focus again.

When I got home, I drank my same of N2Bmuscle's Strawberry Whey protein. It was very good! Mixed perfectly in seconds. Tasted really good. Will probably be needing more of that stuff.

Back in the gym at 5:30 for sparring and mma training.

In that last pic are you in a public gym or is that like your personal little gym?
 
Thanks all. Yes n2burn is working great! I will be at the beach until wednesday so no workouts. I will still be doing some bodyweight workouts though. i love the energy it gives me.

The last pic is in a public gym near my house. It's been open since the 80s. Has all the old nautilis machines(like the ones in the old Mike Mentzer videos) in mint condition. It's relatively tiny but also only has about 50 members. I love lifting there.
 
enjoy the beach..I used to have a gym like that right down the street from my house, it was great...no distractions just a bunch of old weights and machines...
