Back in the gym today finally. Weight was 221 this morning. Up a little bit. I ate sort of bad on the time off. BUT I felt really good in the gym today. The n2burn effects are diminishing like with a lot of supplements. A lot of things I take, my body seems to get "used to" really fast. N2burn however is keeping the same feelings over and over again. Today's workout was good. Added some weight on some lifts.

DB Shoulder Press 30sx12 40sx10 50sx6
DB Side Lateral Raises 20sx12 25sx10 30sx6
Low Cable Delt Raise 20x10/side 30x10/side
Reverse DB Flyes 30sx10 40sx8

DB Concentration Curls 25sx12 30sx10 40sx6 *right elbow still hurting somewhat from my last sparring session. Connected a right hook extended a little more than I would have liked and it hyper extended my elbow joint. So I stopped at this weight.
Machine Curls 70x10 100x8
Hand Grippers 150x10/side 150x10/side 200x8/side 200x8/side

Cardio 20 minutes on the Stationary Bike. Sprint then recover. HIIT type workout.

And that was all. Feeling good!
 
Woke up at 218.5 this morning. Last night at practice I was going so hard that I had steam coming off me in between rounds. Thanks N2Burn!

Lifted weights yesterday. Did some empty stomach cardio this morning then some MMA drills. My fight is a week from saturday so I'm backing off on the weights just a tad.

Feeling really good still. I have seemingly endless energy. Here's a couple of pics i took today. This stuff is leaning me up pretty good.
 
Yes I'm noticing leaness in my arms and a bit in my midsection.Also my weight is going down and my strength is increasing.

sounds good. i may start combining it when it wears off a bit. Right now though I'm still getting the same thermo, energy and focus effects as day 1. so for my next bottle, i'll combine the two!
 
Sounds good. I like kevs idea as well. I'm yet to try n2burn but it seems pretty sweet. It's Def added to my n2bm wish list. Lol
 
Had tons of energy tonight at practice. I had 2 knockouts with boxing gloves on late in the rounds. So it's keeping my strength and stamina up really well. Everyone said I'm punching very hard with boxing gloves on and they feel bad for my opponent when we are wearing 4oz gloves. I was even doing footwork drills between rounds. N2burn rocks! bottom line.

Won my fight , verbal submission round 1. He said he never remembered me being so "muscled out". Ive known him for about a year. He said he was scared to death.
