the funniest part is that it's probably does increases GH releasing to a certain though unknown extent. It might even works better if you beleive in it. I've done a research at school about brain and hypnsis. And the hypotalamus can be boosted with hypnosis, no kidding. They 're using it on severly burnt patient to block bradykinine and it makes their hypotalamus go in a super fonctional state therefore they're releasing more GH and less catabolic hormones and they recover up to 3 times faster. Isn't it interesting? How about adding hypnosis in your PCT! Eh eh. Seriously, don't underestimate the power of your brain and it's incredible mode of actions.
