So done, but i was impressed at the weight.

I decided to stick with the weight i normally do for my 5 rep sets and just try and get a few more reps out of them, instead of trying to go balls out. So i don't risk getting injured. I'm starting to look alot bigger which is pretty nice.

do u mean to add weight for the pulldowns, yah.....it's a piece that looks like: --U--, then u just put in on the plates of the machine. and add the olympic weights. I didn't feel like using it todayy

My diet is pretty much this: I cut carbs out after 6 or when i'm done training, i hope this will help in leaning me out when i'm on the cycle. Gotta wait till friday so i can buy some more food, running low now :(

2 peanut putter sandwhiches on whole wheat bread, to early and don't feel like making shit

1 chicken breast 1 cup of rice
2 breast 1 cup of rice
1 chicken breast 1 cup of rice
Portein shake w/ veggies

protein shake w/ 3 boiled eggs
1.5 cans of tuna and salad
1 chicken breast and some veggies

and protein shake depending on the time

I did my 1st shot of test prop yesterday at 150mg, next one is tommorow. People weren't joking when they said it hurts. It does

shoulders the day after chest is a bad idea. give it lt least 72 hours.

and why prop instead of a long ester test?
 
I did prop b/c it was fast acting, and a few other reasons. But I didn't read that it's painful to inject and frequent injections are needed. So i pretty much fucked up....but it was to late i paid for it and couldn;t refund it.

Yah i'm doing shoulders after legs now (72 hours) and i'm changing my routine after reading alot of post by iron addict. Good info

no this Red sea shit is garbage, my buddy that I knew for along time now has Liquid tech or Syrus labs. He is gonna double check the brand, so i'm gonna buy 2 bottles this friday from him........I'm werid my nolvadex, clomid and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) might be shit then
