Not gonna train today, still trying to sleep as much as possible before my new 8:30pm start at work.....So day 1 week 1 tommorow

I stayed up 21 hours yesterday and i'm still pretty tired today....I was feeling okay, but i had a pretty shitty work out. I could barley do 10 dips and then i added another 30ibs and could barley do that. I was overall unimpressed.

I felt so weak and it shows......i dunno why.

I don't know if it's b/c i've had to work 9 days in a row and i'm exhuasted or the mornings work outs are hard for me right now.....I also cant eat every 2 hours like i was doing i'm eating every 3 hours due to my new shift...God this sucks

I liked this work out alot better. I'm kinda changing some things in my routine, i'll see if i like it more.

I was thinking about doing a push/pull/off/push/pull split one day light, one day heavy...and stick with just all power excercises/core movments
