I felt so weak and it shows......i dunno why.
I don't know if it's b/c i've had to work 9 days in a row and i'm exhuasted or the mornings work outs are hard for me right now.....I also cant eat every 2 hours like i was doing i'm eating every 3 hours due to my new shift...God this sucks
