New Bench Press PR Today

right on bro - at 18 years old i bench pressed 315 @ 152.5lbs and set a record - that was raw as well - no shirts or fancy shit - all natural. my advise would be to do board presses like the guys said - working that sticking point is the best way. another thing that may work is to pyramid up a bit more - you tried for 345 and then to 350, next attempt use 335 or so - then try for 350, doing max attempts that close in wieght takes a lot out of you - i went 300, 310 and then 315 in my comp. a week later i went 295, and jumped up to 325 and got it, so just a thought
