New Cycle, First Time Making A Log

Jay C and MoM... for some reason post cycle therapy (pct) has been going really well... I swear that its because I closed with Prop...

I actually LIKE being off right now because I am not trying to kill myself everyday and my workouts seem more meaningful

thanks for the support though guys, it really helps having people push you through it

I'm pretty convinced it's all about keeping the right mental orientation.

Bro, I've gotta say, great frigin job on post cycle therapy (pct) thus far and stickin to it. post cycle therapy (pct) is one of the tougher parts of cycling and you make it look like a breeze. One week left!! yay!! :)

JayC or Milk - Can you tell me why post cycle therapy (pct) is a tougher part of cycling? is it mood, eating, energy?

you lose strength, size, stamina, sometimes your libido, and your not "on" anymore... its hard to stay motivated sometimes, but if your strong willed and you actually enjoy training then it shouldn't be an issue at all

*worked from 4am to 12:45pm, went straight to my doubleheader at 2:30 in the 95 degree heat got back home at 6pm only because it thunder stormed at the start of the second game... didn't think after all that and having to get to work at 4am AGAIN tomorrow it was necessary to get to the gym

*tweaked my left quad a little bit tagging from 3rd base on a fly ball, so hopefully that doesn't hinder me at all

Man - that's got to be brutal working 4-12:45! i worked in a casino once - started at 7 pm and got off at 4am - didn't much care for it - esp 'cause the girls in the bar were pretty scary at 4 am... LOL

Great log - are you going to post a summary wher u started, where you're at - seems like you did really well with this cycle.

PCT is all done and so is this log....

I'm pretty happy as to where I'm at right now and I'm going to be training natural for a while.... the plan is that I'm going to be doing a little bit more powerlifting but about the same volume as normal...

I'm going to start up a log about my natty training that I hope everyone enjoys and gets something out of.
