*felt really good again today, I don't know if its the diet, training, resting, supplements, or a combination of all 4, but this post cycle therapy (pct) is going really well for me
 
Lookin good my friend. That takes balls to throw up 90/95 DB's for shoulder press :) Very nice. I've got some power behind my shoulders and still wouldn't throw that much up, on DB anyway. For shoulders I usually only go heavy on BB press only.. usually 5x5 with 205 lbs.
Headache's gone yet??

*traveled back from school to Long Island today... ate a good amount of protein, but I couldn't count any calories

*JayC... the headaches are gone for the most part, must have just been a temporary thing... Shoulders have always been strong for me and I like going heavy on DB's because I feel like I can get out from under the weight if I need to

*Aztech... the post cycle therapy (pct) is going really well and I'm happy that I threw in the Clomid because I think it is doing wonders for me

*the weight is holding strong at 227 and dropping the little bit of water I was holding has made the definition come in even better

*went golfing today with my 3 roomates... played well and it was really nice to get to bullshit around for a while and get my mind off of post cycle therapy (pct) and everything else

*feel pretty good today and had an awesome sex session last night so it's nice to know the noddle is still working

*felt awesome today, had a great pump and overall great workout which surprised me being as I only slept for 5 hours and played 18 holes of golf in the morning

Okay MDS - You da man! - now i'm totally jealous - 18 holes of golf and you got to take your putter out on the grass too? I guess that makes up for the misery of paper writing & finals. Be careful on those DB shoulder presses - I'm notr so sure that's good for your joints.

thanks man... when I have the time, I live it up

I like DB Shoulder presses a bit more than Barbell presses because I don't feel that I'm locked into on motion (that makes me feel like I'm going to hurt a joint)

probably the worst time possible to do any drinking being its post cycle therapy (pct) time, but I don't go crazy when I drink anymore so I don't feel like its all that big of a deal

Ugh! That reminds me how rough legs are during post cycle therapy (pct) and first 1 month off cycle. I wouldn't say I hate it (because I do like working legs) but working legs just wears me down, fast!! So coming off cycle just adds to the "pain" ya know? It's odd because genetically (visually), they are probably my best asset, but physically they are probably my weakest muscle(s). I don't get it.

As far as the drinking, I did just that... the vibe wasn't all that good at the party, so I couldn't get really into it (probably better for me), so I didn't drink all that much

It's funny you brought that up w/ Legs... I like training legs as well but when on post cycle therapy (pct) is just seems like it fucking hurts to go and train them, I think its kinda like that with all compounds on post cycle therapy (pct) because you slowly loose strength and stamina and it's just depressing, not to mention incredibly taxing on the body... on that note, time to train legs

How has your skin (acne, oil, etc..) and mood been reacting to the Clomid lately???

the mood has been very good, nothing too bad as far as mood swings or depression, but I think that has something to do with the fact I feel like I'm recovering super quick and staying really lean

the skin is so so, its nothing too bad that I can't handle, but I wish it would clear up a little bit more

Had an internship orientation that was from 9am to 3pm... had my normal breakfast, but they catered in lunch so I had to hit that up... lucky they had a chicken dish (no breading) and salad, so I stuck with that and only ate a little bit of the pasta/meat dish they had... was very happy with the food and the overall prospects of the job

Went to hit some balls at the driving range tonight and then hit up Applebee's for 2fer's and 1/2 price appetizers with some buddies.... had the Chicken Quesadilla and 2 Killian's pints
