*felt OK today, didn't eat enough/well the second half of the day yesterday and didn't have a good night sleep

*going to try to keep them right about there for the time being, and maybe bump them up a little if I feel like I need to

Hey dude sounds like the post cycle therapy (pct) is really working out for you. You seem to have kept all your strength gains. heavy ass weight on the CGBP! good job. What king of internship u starting? Later.

*really dragged ass at the gym today... went from work, straight to price club for "bulk food shopping", home to refrigerate the food, to baseball practice and then to the gym.... was on my feet all day again at work and that really wiped me out
*the numbers were still pretty good and I can't complain about the weight I'm putting up or how well the post cycle therapy (pct) is going

*staying at about 222-225lbs, I figure that I lost about 3lbs of ACTUAL weight (ended my cycle as 233 - 5 pounds of water - 2 lbs of bodyfat - 2/3 lbs of muscle = 224lbs)
*the strength is still there, but I'm feeling a little flat lately

the low reps are for building strength... generally the warm ups go 135/5, 185/5, 225/5 and then right to it

took me about 40 minutes to get through that one (I do take long breaks when I'm hitting really heavy so I maximum strength)

Bro, I've gotta say, great frigin job on post cycle therapy (pct) thus far and stickin to it. post cycle therapy (pct) is one of the tougher parts of cycling and you make it look like a breeze. One week left!! yay!! :)
 
Jay C and MoM... for some reason post cycle therapy (pct) has been going really well... I swear that its because I closed with Prop...

I actually LIKE being off right now because I am not trying to kill myself everyday and my workouts seem more meaningful

*played 9 holes of golf right after work with a buddy of mine because the weather was soo nice... shot a 41, which could have been a 37 if my short game was up to par
