new cycle for 2017 log tren ace test p

Had a nice workout last night just testing the waters haven't done much since Christmas hurt an old shoulder injury but after last night im pretty confident its going to be fine so its friday today ill start the log workouts diet gear from monday

I had my second pin today smooth is all i can say ive heard test prop can have bad pip but its no different than pinning test e so far . 100mg of prop 100 of tren ace beautiful

It can be real tricky working around a hurt shoulder. I'm dealing with that now, better put sore shoulder in my case but still a bitch! Good luck with that is all I can say B. It seems I can do a lot of back execrsices with out interfering with my shoulder. Mine is in the anterior head tho. I can actually work my rear delt if I'm careful on form. Just some thought for ya. Hate to see u miss out on getting the best out of this run bro. A little pip from tren ace , btw, just confirms its potency;-)

Re hurt it at chrissy time but its going good now i dont want anything to get in the way of this cycle lol when its ok its usally only curls and bench it might be a bit sore the next day but other than that all good

Ahh i do get a little pip but i was expecting more after what ive heard and read about test p and tren ace just feels like ive punched myself in the quad lol like back in grade/primary school when we would all play punch for punch trying to give each other a dead leg lol
 
Seperated AC sounds seriously bad! mine comes and goes too. Like age has a lot to do with it. Atleast u know how to work around it, main thing. Cool.

Damm 41 degrees again today ahhh i was just about to to a chest session but fuck that in this heat it will be posponed until tonight .just shaved my head and thought id up date the thread

I don't know if its the tren ace kicking in but im feeling good today and am in a good mood . Im really going to do whatever it takes to get to where i want with this cycle i in a reasonable good place after dealing with injuries and being laid off while playing around with the ment im just glad to be financially secure again and basically injury free for the start of this run .

For this cycle there wont be money spent on anything other than gear food supps for cycle (excluding bills and family )
No clothes no parts for the motorcycle nothing im literally going to put in 100 percent of everything money effort time ect
Training will be 6 days a week 2 hours a day minimum
Pushing for 6000 cals a day 5 minimum
No excuses i just ordered 2 of arnolds training books to try and expanded my knowledge of training ect if it hasn't got to do with lifting weights i dont want to know about it (other than family shit ) this will be it the only thing im going to be focusing on i dont care if i have to spend evrey spare cent i have evrey second of spare time nothing will be lacking for this cycle

Goal will be around to end up around 100 kgs i have a small frame so we will see and ive always loved the look arnie had when he was younger so this is what i will be aiming towards its a big ask but with the right training diet and gear i will get close.

Ill be starting the mk 677 monday and i just order 500 tabs of d bol aswell and 10 kgs of the best quality aussie whey protein isolate lol i told you guys im not fucking around this cycle im all in

Just about to do some chest and shoulders damm had something really strange happen tonight i got everything ready to do a pin quads as always and bang stick her in and it felt strange almost sore just not very nice at all pull it out move down an inch or 2 stick it in again same feeling so i just thought oh well its in now started injection and fuck me sore sore sore so pull it out start on my left quad hit a nerve get the shits and got my wifee to pin my glute for the first time ever

I literally always pin my quads and ive never felt this pain before my go to is quads and tris if im feeling adventurous but maybe ill stick to glutes for a little while
 
Lol, time to add more pin sites bro. Ventro glute is super smooth. Try pecs, theyre always nice. Traps and bis too. Hell after this run you outta be a pinn cushion like most of us. Join the club;-)
 
Dont do tris unless you really know what your doing plus they dont hold as much oil as yhe other parts. I tgink there is a arterie or something very important you shouldn't hit in tris lol

Ahh lol true well no i dont exactly know were im supposed to inject in the tri i usally just get the wifee to grab a handful of muscle push it side ways and i go for it 1 ml in each tri .

I think after last night ill go for the glute it was pretty smooth i just hate trying to twist around to do it my self that'swhy ive always been a fan of quads but don't known why i had all this trouble this morning it feels like ive injected a whole gram of prop in my leg and i barely got a drop of oil in must have knicked something because its swole up this morning
 
Righto so after tomorrows pin ill be on the tren for a week
As i mentioned before ive just gone with 100mg prop 100 tren eod im thinking ill leave it like that for another week and if the sides dont become to bad ill start upping the tren until its at 500mg

So far sides are little to non existent a little bit harder to fall asleep a little increase in sex drive and a little bit of strength gains but its still early days yet this will be the first real week back hitting the iron for 2 months so I'll just see how this week goes continuing with 100 mg of each then ill see

Tonight i just worked out at home hit arms only
Preacher curls dumbells 5 sets 8 reps
Hammer curls 5 sets 8 reps
Over hear Tricep extensions curl bar 5 sets 8 reps
Skull crushers 5 sets 8 reps
Bent over tricep extension dumbells 5 sets 8 reps
Curls easy curl bar 5 sets 8 reps
Chin ups close grip 50 sets of 10
Not the greatest workout but just trying to get back into the swing of things and gauge how much strength ive lost and areas that are lacking ect
Diet wasnt bad 5000 cals
Tomorrow ill do either back or shoulders
