Had a nice workout last night just testing the waters haven't done much since Christmas hurt an old shoulder injury but after last night im pretty confident its going to be fine so its friday today ill start the log workouts diet gear from monday
I had my second pin today smooth is all i can say ive heard test prop can have bad pip but its no different than pinning test e so far . 100mg of prop 100 of tren ace beautiful
Thanks bro yeah a hurt shoulder can be a bastard i fully separated my ac and its never been the samesince then iIt can be real tricky working around a hurt shoulder. I'm dealing with that now, better put sore shoulder in my case but still a bitch! Good luck with that is all I can say B. It seems I can do a lot of back execrsices with out interfering with my shoulder. Mine is in the anterior head tho. I can actually work my rear delt if I'm careful on form. Just some thought for ya. I don't know if its the tren ace kicking in but im feeling good today and am in a good mood . Im really going to do whatever it takes to get to where i want with this cycle i in a reasonable good place after dealing with injuries and being laid off while playing around with the ment im just glad to be financially secure again and basically injury free for the start of this run .
For this cycle there wont be money spent on anything other than gear food supps for cycle (excluding bills and family )
No clothes no parts for the motorcycle nothing im literally going to put in 100 percent of everything money effort time ect
Training will be 6 days a week 2 hours a day minimum
Pushing for 6000 cals a day 5 minimum
No excuses i just ordered 2 of arnolds training books to try and expanded my knowledge of training ect if it hasn't got to do with lifting weights i dont want to know about it (other than family shit ) this will be it the only thing im going to be focusing on i dont care if i have to spend evrey spare cent i have evrey second of spare time nothing will be lacking for this cycle
Goal will be around to end up around 100 kgs i have a small frame so we will see and ive always loved the look arnie had when he was younger so this is what i will be aiming towards its a big ask but with the right training diet and gear i will get close.

Ahh lol true well no i dont exactly know were im supposed to inject in the tri i usally just get the wifee to grab a handful of muscle push it side ways and i go for it 1 ml in each tri .Dont do tris unless you really know what your doing plus they dont hold as much oil as yhe other parts. I tgink there is a arterie or something very important you shouldn't hit in tris lol
