new cycle

i am 6'1 230lbs. i have done cycles of test and eq. before. looking for a good cycle to drop down to about 210lbs of lean muscle. i got on hand eq, tren and Winstrol (winny) pills. is that a good cycle or what should i take for the results i am looking for. i lift 4 days and cardio everyday.
 
losing weight is mostly about diet and cardio. eq will increase your appetite, although you will get stronger, if you want to lose 20 pounds i would suggest doing cardio first thing in the morning if possible working out hard and keeping the protein count up.
 
Losing fat with some possible muscle gain is tricky, but you need enough protein to build some muscle and lowering carbs to allow for fat lose but enough to replace glucsones lost during traning.

What's working for my right now is, protein before my training which is in the morning, then a high carb with protein drink post w/o and protein/carb meal 1 hour later, then low carb to no carbs for the rest of the day. I'm sure at some point I'll need to change that but for now it's working.
