I have to assume you have no legs. I am only an inch taller than you and have you by 50 lbs, yet your upper body appears larger than mine...

Beast 1989... For real, don't worry about "cutting" so much... Sitck to heavy heavy compounds and clean up your typical "bulking" diet. I can guarentee you will fill out really nice, become more thick and dense and probably lose some bf at the same time. If you are training like a typical bodybuilder, you are limiting your potential.

That is what I am going to do.

Especially since I just started a cycle of Deca.

I am going to CLEAN bulk, lift heavy, do a little cardio, and take my Test/Deca/Adex cycle.

Hopefully I burn some fat, while gaining muscle.

Because I gain muscle really easy.

People in real life always say I look great, and they want me to train them, help them with their diet, etc...

I really think my camera makes me look softer than I really am.

Because my friend took a picture of me with his camera, and I looked ten times better.

My camera seems to "wash out" my definition or something.

Lifting heavy and eating surplus calories (clean calories of course) allows you to incorporate more muscles into the mix. With this, you building more muscle quicker, you gain strength (which allows you to handle more weight), and the heavy training keeps your metabolism firing.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that 98% of people out there should stick to heavy compounds (4-8 reps) and then add in some other movements (pull ups, db presses, straight bar curls, skull crushers, etc) for sets of 8-12. This type of training is incredibly effective and makes you big and strong as fuck.

Not trying to pat myself on the back, but I am 6'4" 270lbs with 15% bdyfat. I'm not perfect and genetically I am tall and lean, but what I have done has worked.

You're a big kid, i told you that in the last pictures thread you posted. I busted your balls because if you wanted real feedback about your physique you would have posted real pics with your shirt off and some shorts so we could see your wheels.

instead you posted pics in a tank, which shows us nothing but your arms, delts and face, which means you were looking for ONLY good feedback because you have low self esteem or a lack of self-confidence.

This is the internet man, you will hear 150lbs saying they are 300lbs ripped and can bench 900lbs raw. Its the way it is.

Stand tall and be a man. Stop worrying about what anyone says about you good or bad. if you can't handle criticism, you will never succeed in this game, or any other for that matter.
