You should be doing this for yourself. i can understand if this forum was loaded with a bunch of fine pussy you were trying to pick up, but its not, its filled with a bunch of young dudes looking for steroids and an ego boost.

You're a big kid, i told you that in the last pictures thread you posted. I busted your balls because if you wanted real feedback about your physique you would have posted real pics with your shirt off and some shorts so we could see your wheels.

instead you posted pics in a tank, which shows us nothing but your arms, delts and face, which means you were looking for ONLY good feedback because you have low self esteem or a lack of self-confidence.

This is the internet man, you will hear 150lbs saying they are 300lbs ripped and can bench 900lbs raw. Its the way it is.

Stand tall and be a man. Stop worrying about what anyone says about you good or bad. if you can't handle criticism, you will never succeed in this game, or any other for that matter.

mother of god. rj gave really good advice here. he is human after all. i agree 100% with rj on this. so take the tank off and prove everyone wrong.
 
Lifting heavy and eating surplus calories (clean calories of course) allows you to incorporate more muscles into the mix. With this, you building more muscle quicker, you gain strength (which allows you to handle more weight), and the heavy training keeps your metabolism firing.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that 98% of people out there should stick to heavy compounds (4-8 reps) and then add in some other movements (pull ups, db presses, straight bar curls, skull crushers, etc) for sets of 8-12. This type of training is incredibly effective and makes you big and strong as fuck.

Not trying to pat myself on the back, but I am 6'4" 270lbs with 15% bdyfat. I'm not perfect and genetically I am tall and lean, but what I have done has worked.

Milk- This all makes sense. . except, why could u not do curls/skull crushers etc in the 4-8 range too?.. i feel like i dont get shit outa the 10+rep range, even w calfs... Only abs, as i dont want them "big", just sloid

You absolutely could. I'm always boardering on CNS fatigue, so I make sure everything that I do is very thought out and I have found that increasing the volume on non-major lifts helps recovery and fills in the muscle real nice. Also, I am also cautious around going too heavy with single joint movements. IMO those are the movement that beat up your joints and cause injury.

I really think my camera makes me look softer than I really am.

Because my friend took a picture of me with his camera, and I looked ten times better.

not many guys will post current pics of themselves on the board period so who gives a fuck what they say about your physique? But I agree with RJ, if you want feedback then you cant post a pic in a shirt. You have a good build, just clean the diet and put the work in.

You look like your enroute to a real good comp. physique...remember these guy s are relentless as are body building shows....as are the judges.

I don t show my leg s..they are shredded but with no cartilege or miniscus in either knee joints their small..as am I.. my day s of seeking mass are over.

It s testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and fitness fag look for me.

Keep it up..your day will come.
