Good work JT. It's awesome that you are getting stronger while cutting.
I got to take a page out of his book then....I would be happy with just maintaining strength while I start to cut.

if you have windows xp there is a software with it called movie maker. it will convert avi to wmv files which as much much smaller.

congrats on the pull

It's all about the low volume work....and a lil bit of gear:)

I'm not at home right now, i'll check out the Movie Maker when I get home and get the vid up tonight hopefully.

Ok, I got it uploaded now. My form is a little off, it's normally better but this felt heavy so I unloaded on my back a little too quickly...and yes, I was a little rounded. Didn't quite get it locked out and held at the top, but I got it up..lol I'm starting to do some grip work from now on. Anyway, i'm open to suggestions:)

nice pull. nothing wrong with that. hard to have perfect form on max attempts. get some straps and lose the gloves :D

You could definitely pull more. Like PB said...use straps. No need in having your grip hold you back.

Congrats on the lift and good video too, nice and clear.

They say that the back MUST be straight when performing deadlifts, but everyone I've seen doing deads has their back slightly rounded. It's very hard to keep that dip in your lower back when reaching down to grab the bar, especially if you're tall.
Is it really that bad to have your back slightly rounded? It didn't seem to do you any harm JT.
