Hi I have been going to the gym for about 5 months and have decided to go down the enhancement route my mate from the gym got me some
Deca nandrolone decanaote
Testobolin testosterone enanthate
Dianabol methandrostenolone
He gave me a cycle list but lost it and now he's on holiday and was wondering if anyone had a cycle list they could give me.

Post all ur stats, age, weight, training history. It seems u do not have enough experience. Lets start with ur age
 
Bro! get yourself on a good diet and training regime and forget about drugs for now.
Your biggest gains are made in the first 18 months of training, I personally trained for
4 years before I went down the steroid route
 
I'm 29 and 76kgs and I have been training at home for the past 2 years but my weights have past there usefulness so I joined the gym to use a larger range I train 4 times a week and spend 2 doing cardio and 2 doing weights but I am having trouble bulking.
 
It truly sounds like u do not have the experience training to take advantage of aas. Get a good diet, read about working out or hire a trainer that knows what he is talking about otherwise u will just fuck ur self up
 
You train with weights as much as you do cardio, no wonder you can't gain weight. You can't gain weight naturally what makes you think taking AAS is going to make you gain weight? It just helps enhance what you are already doing, and apparently you're not doing much as of yet
No offense, learn to eat and grow naturally, then consider AAS in the future
 
Hey bud you should look up 3j he is a sponsor here and he can set u up a eating plan he does a awesome job that's were u should start go from there
 
Bro! try to eat 6 times a day with a 60/40 carb protein split, at your weight you should try to consume about 200grams protein every day if you struggle to eat enough then drink the calories
in a protein/carb shake if your still not gaining then increase your carbs.
And more heavy weights and less cardio
 
If your trying to bulk, why so much cardio? are you doing this for a sport specific reason? If not stop the F'n cardio, esp. if your a white muscle fibre biased individual.. any gains you make on a heavy day will be nullified on the cardio day. YOu really need to get a trainer, or do some serious internetz ninja shit and learn how to lift, why you lift and what happens when you do said lifting.
