It is best on your first cycle to keep it simple and use test only. This will allow you to see what it is like to get on cycle be on cycle and come off cycle. Also do some research and you will find that test is the base to all cycles. If you do the test only and give your chance to see your reaction it will be a lot easier in the future to troubleshoot any problems you have on cycle. I did run test enethate and deca my first cycle everything worked out just fine but if it had not I would have had a harder time trying to figure out what went wrong. A good rule of thumb for running deca is to run have as much deca in mg per week as you do test. I would recommend running your test two weeks longer than you do your deca. Some people find that they need to run test for 2 weeks before deca and 2 weeks after because some folks react faster to deca than they do test. Deca is a 19 nor antagonist and that is what causes deca dick. I would think 500mg of test and 250 of deca would work nice. Your best results from deca come at 400mg and higher but the thing is on your first cycle 800mg of test is a pretty big load. So at the end of the day I would just run the test if I had any doubts. Last time I ran test and deca I ran 850 of test 500 of deca and had no issues.

Before you start your cycle make sure you have all your supplies on hand. You need all your aas, and all your ancilary supplies on hand. Get some clomid for sure and get some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) if you can. Get all of your needles and all your alcohol prep pads. If you are pulling the test and deca out of a vial then you need to order or purchase extra points. I personally buy 18 guage points for drawing my aas and then i shoot 25mg points.
