Hello ology! Excited to post my blood work, it's been a long time coming. Brief bio

Well I started Trt thru my doc about 8 weeks ago.
200mg/week
HCG @ 500
.25 EOD Adex
Here's what my blood work came in at
Can't get blood work to upload so here's the areas I'm worried about
Please explain the bilirubin & why my test is so high on 200mg a week
My level. Nrml range
Bilirubin,total "HIGH" 1.3 0.0-.1.2

Testosterone serum 2284 348-1197 ng/dl

LH "Low" 0.2 1.7-8.6miu/ml

FSH "low". 0.2 1.5-12.4 miu/ml

Estradiol 27.4 7.6-42.6 pg/ml

No idea about the bilirubin, but you need to get that checked by your doc. LH & FSH will be tanked in anyone that is taking test (It's normal). Your serum test levels have everything to do with when you pinned to the time you had blood drawn. The closer you had blood drawn to your last pin your test levels will be higher. I always have blood drawn on the day my next pin is due. That way I'm getting a reading on what my test is at it's lowest.

How often/when are you pinning? When in relation to that/those days did you get bloods pulled.

My feeling is that even if the bloods were pulled on a peak, that's still a higher than TRT t level. You'll most likely need to decrease the dose and/or split your injections into 2x/wk.

You're only 27, but how is your kidney function? Ever had creatinine/eGFR test?

are you pinning 200mg once a week?? if so, what day of the week??

are you pinning hcg 500iu once a week or 250iu twice a week?

on what day did you get your labs done?
