newbie just introducing myself

Hey everyone jus wanna introduce myself to yas all. I'm andy 28 years old n currently weigh 172lbs and haven't really moved much from there. Been lifting home weights for 10 years during my army career n now I've left I wanna put that all time wanted extra muscle by using aas.

My training has pretty much always been a 5day split.

Monday - legs n abs.
Tuesday - chest.
Wednesday - back n abs.
Thursday - rest.
Friday - shoulder n abs.
Saturday - arms.
Sunday - rest.

At the minute I'm pretty ripped but I wanna be bulkier now. I'll post current pics soon. I have tried to gain weight n bulk up naturaly but my motabolism is fast......atleast I won't get fat haha.

So my diet anyways at the minute isn't fully comitted but will b by the time I start my cycle. However I'm still eating the proper foods n intaking my proteins but having to many cheat days lol.

So after doing some research I know I wanna do a test e only cycle at 600mg. Need to look into it more for exact n accurate details tho which is where I hope you guys can help me. I'm new to steroids n appreciate anything yas can suggest or reccomend.

Firstly, thank you for your services.

At a glance, I can tell you that testosterone will do nothing for you. Neither would any steroid really. This is mainly due to your lack of commitment to your diet. Your nutritional plan is actually what determines your gains, not the gear. Steroids will merely amplify the effects your diet would produce. So if diet suffers, so will results, whether you're on cycle or not.

Take some time to familiarize yourself with some bulking plans first, plenty of info in the diet section. Once you have that dialed in, you'll be ready to cycle without disappointment.

Welcome to ology. Make sure you get your diet in check before you start your cycle. You need to have your diet in check for a couple of months at least before starting a cycle. Once you do that you sound like you should be ready for a cycle. Even if you have done research I would still recommend reading the stickies. If you have questions they will most likely answer them. Once you've read them, then ask your questions. If you've read them and make a thread people will be much more helpful to you.
 
Thanks for the warm welcome peeps. My diet is pretty good but could b more solid like. For instance my calorie intake is about 2900 per day 720 from protein sources rest made up in green veg n light carbs n eggs n fruit etc. But when I say I have to many cheat days I mean like an indians on a Sunday n stuff which I will cut out I promise. I'm eating stuff like chicken, turkey, fish, lean meat, eggs n egg whites, milk, nuts n beans. And for me carbs brown rice, oatmeal, fruit n veg.

If this is wrong then through my research I will adjust it or if you guys think so.?

You're cal intake is 2900... Personally, I think it should be a littllleeee more then that... I'm a girl, I eat about that much.
I eat proteins every meal, carbs first thing in the morning, and shortly after my workout. I have sweeties around 7. I try my best to stay away from fruits but, however, I do have a apple a day for the fibers.
My carbs are pretty simple. Oats, Rice, Sweeties.

Gotta eat if you want to grow ;)

You'll learn a lot from these boys. They're very supportive and helpful given that you're not a tool and actually value their opinion.

Do you research on any hormone you want to run. It's suggested you run a test only cycle so, read the stickies they're useful! Get your post cycle therapy (pct) in order.

But, first things first, your diet! There is a section on the boards about diet, I'm sure it's helpful!

I can't say i diet, I just eat what works for me :) I get cranky when I don't eat..
 
Welcome and thanks for your services. Austinite is right. You really need to get that diet in check. I have heard that people are hard gainers over the years. You really need to get on a good eating plan so my suggestion is to hit up the Diet forum here and look in to using 3J (Diet Moderator) and you will do great. You have a good base to build on. You are at a low enough body fat so nows it time to bulk up from food and then once you got that down, then add in some testosterone only for a first cycle.
 
Cool thanks. Best way to be, gets ya far. Yeah there's a lot to get through on here, stickies everywhere logonna take a while. Its good that there's a lot of knowledge on here, makes my preperation a lot easyier. But diet is number 1 so I hear 80 percent diet 15 training n 5 gear or somethin like that. Well I'll making sure I do my research on everythin n my diet is in place for few months first.

Yeah I heard dbol was good to go with for boost ontop of test? How did you find it? What made ya choose that cycle?

I will miss my cheat foods.
 
It's a little different for a chick... Our hormones are a lootttt different then you boys! lol

Can't ask us for sources on the fourms...
But, I tried it out because of a ex, I love dbol but, minus the fact you don't really keep any of the fucking gains. It's great to kick start the test in your system until the esters of the oils start to kick in.
But, you got lots of homework!!! LOTS!

If you're serious, I suggest you go buy William Llewellyn's ANABOLICS... Best investment ever!
 
Welcome and thank you for your service. Have you heard of the 90/10 rule. You growth is done 90% outside the gym made up of what you eat how u rest and sleep. The 10% growth goes along with what and how u do it in the gym. Wh is that because if you look we d 1-2 hours in the gym at the most the remaining part of the day is feeding yourself and getting ready for your next work out.

What you will see also is that the less cardio u will be doing the more mass you will gain. You have to be careful with this. Known plenty of military members who get out and balloon up because their diet as mentioned previously and the rest is shitty. Make sure to establish a well set plan to feed your seof exercise and rest/recover. Once u have that the progress will begin. Also get into a gym where people are there to workout not chit chat (lol) or waste time.



Before you go off trying to cycle see how much mass you will gain from being out of the service and your new life style structure and tyen decide if ur ready for AAS

Graduated at 17 yrs of age weighed 136lbs joined the Army 20yrs got to 190lbs. Lost a lot because of low test and PTSD combo along with depression the muscle lost was the fat gained. Got 38% bf and am now working my way back down on trt.
